I use the drive thru at this location frequently. The staff is always friendly and my order is correct. The only downside to this location is the cost. It is priced a little higher than other nearby Dunkin locations.

So sick of you getting my order wrong. I ask for white cheddar on my croissant and you consistently don’t put it on.I ask for snackin bacon and I get regular bacon. I ask for extra shots of expression in a regular coffee and I get hot milk coffee.. Seriously how hard is it to listen to people and give them what they ask for?

Ive tried giving this location many opportunities and unfortunately it is not good anymore. First the service has gone down. They're rude, and just giving you anything to get you out of there. I received spoiled orange juice and when I requested to change it, was given eye roll and just another spoiled juice. Then their food was hard to chew. Almost as if it had been sitting out all day

Idk what is up with this location but their employees always seem to have an attitude. I gave them several chances but they always act stank (yes, I said stank). I'd rather drive the extra 5 mins to a different location than to ever visit here

The hash browns were good coffee is amazing and the glazed donuts were really good they took a while but I asked for 6 hash browns they gave 12 6 extra for free best Dunkin I've been so far
They charge for water at this location. I think that’s bad customer service. They don’t charge for water at Starbucks!

This is my go to Dunkin because there is no drive-thru in Gaithersburg. My only complaint is the way the drive thru is there is no organized line which can be stressful when its busy and people are trying to enter from different directions.

The store was open in the google and Apple Maps and there was a lady at the counter but they still kept the door locked and wasn’t replying to my calls and she was ignoring. Not going to go back again!
