I have been using Happy Uncle for my Home delivery of Chinese cuisine for over a decade.It is always easy to order, and arrives very quickly. I pretty much have a standard order of steamed meat dumplings (my favorite), crispy beef, chicken in black bean sauce, and General Tso’s Chicken. Occasionally we will get chicken fried rice. The food is consistent and we love it. Ironically, we’ve never been to the restaurant! Always delivery.The delivery driver is always pleasant and professional. this place has changed A LOT, I went about a month ago and my daughter ordered a dish that contained shrimp. The food looked so bad, nasty and wish I would have taken a picture of it, it was so watery and like someone had just threw up the food.I gave service 5 stars because there is a hispanic gentleman and he is the nicest person, very professional and always polite. I mentioned how bad the food looked and he agreed but I knew he could not do anything about it, I used to like this place but will not be coming back.

So I have been ordering from happy uncle for probably eight years and I’ve never had any issues. Food was always good. Customer service was nice tonight I ordered Kung pow chicken and two eggrolls as I always do and it came and apparently they have a new cook or a new recipe, to say the least it was awful. There was barely any chicken and barely any peanuts in the dish. It was a bunch of juice, some random vegetables, and there weren’t any peppers in there either. I called the man he knows who I am, a loyal customer, and told him what happened, and he proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t like it order someplace else . No offers to replace no offers for a future credit. No nothing. Let me tell you people I don’t know what’s happening with this restaurant but it is completely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and save yourself $23 for one meal for one person that’s going to have no flavor and taste terrible . And if I’m being treated Like that being an eight year, Customer, imagine how they’ll treat you. Their motto like it or don’t like it and eat it anyway.

Happy Uncle? More like Sad Uncle. After waiting 10 minutes for the server to come, he came up to us and said "Wait" and than proceeded to walk away from us and come back ten minutes later. After we ordered our food, we noticed that there was a piece of paper on our table that had the Chinese Zodiac on it. The paper was very insulting to a specific zodiac called the snake. It just so happened to be that me, my dad, my grandfather, my other grandfather, and my grandmother were all this one. This was kind of rude but at least it was something to read while we were waiting for our food. After getting our apatizer, we realized that it was burt to a crisp. 16 dollars wasted. the worst crab raingoon I had ever had. Our food took over an hour to come out and it wasn't even that good. The plates were also kind of dirty. I left out a few other details but overall this was a pretty bad experience. It was pretty expensive too.

This restaurant does not give you the full order even though they are charging the same amount of money if you used DoorDash. The owner said “order through DoorDash you will get less and pay more because they are charging me 30%” the owner doesn’t care about customers. Don’t order from this place. Items were missing and he said he doesn’t care.
Ordered a chicken corn soup and it taste like they mixed corn syrup. Second time ordering from them to give another chance, but no luck, it just doesn't taste good. Also customer service was kinda rude.

Their food is consistently good! It definitely gives me a clean Chinese food experience time and time again! Their sautéed spinach and lemon chicken never misses with their flavors! They are more on the pricier end BUT totally worth it!
