This KFC absolutely sucks along with the other location off Key West. It’s not necessarily the food that sucks but the SERVICE IS TRASH! I have ordered from here since the other one on 355 was closed and of the 3-4 times, 3-4 times I have not gotten all the food I ordered. Tonight several things were not included in what was on the receipt. I have tried called several times and nobody answers. Get better employees at this location or at the very least have them make sure the orders are 100% complete before sending a customer home with it.

Workers have poor customer services skills what manager tells a customer they will not fix the order and refused a refund disputed it with my bank so jokes on yall ! They NEVER give you a receipt this location needs to be shut down seriously

Sorry but if you cant comprehend english you should not be working a drive thru.They get orders wrong every.single.time....Then they have an attitude at the window when you get the wrong food and have to correct them.The worst is when they pretend that they understand you and then proceed to give you whatever tf they imagine you wanted.

Ive been loving those hot and spicy wings. But this location wings made me and my wife sick within 20 minutes. Both puking and stomach aching badly. The health department needs to visit this location and will be filing a report. First time eating at this location and will never return. Do not offer any coupons or discounts because we will just toss them.

I haven't eaten at KFC in a long time, but was picking up 4 piece for someone else and saw they have grilled chicken. I ordered a grilled chicken breast. Got all the way home and this was the tiniest breast I've ever saw. It was so dry I threw it away. They even gave me the wrong chicken parts on my other entree. I'll never go here again.

I went to the drive-thru today and bought a chicken bucket for almost 50 bucks. They refused to give me sauce and claimed I needed to pay 30 cents. I agreed to pay but asked when they started charging for it again. The employee became rude and told me to ask the owner. I also requested ketchup, but he said they didn’t have any. If the owner is reading this, please consider not charging for sauce when customers spend 50 bucks on an entire bucket. Additionally, I’d appreciate it if you could provide training to your employees on being courteous.

Got the $20 fill up box from KFC in Germantown MD. They didn't provide they sauce I ask. I called the store and they refused to provide me a fresh box because it would have caused me to drive all the way there. They offered to compensate with sides but I refused. I would post a picture to show but doesn't give me the option.

They no longer carry popcorn chicken which was what I usually ordered. The location is not in an ideal area for a fast food location and you wouldn't know it was there without finding it on Google. The food was ok, not great but that seems to be the way all KFCs are going now.

Today my family and I went to eat inside and let me tell you all the tables where dirty and also there wasn’t toilet paper in the bathroom thank god I had wapis for my toddler . I don’t know why they keep the doors open it was so hot inside just as much as it was out side .couldn’t enjoy our family meal .?
