Very disappointed, came here because we love going to the Gaithersburg location, but this place is small, no more than 10 tables, the place was semi full and I was not even acknowledged when I came in, stood there for 10 mins no one greeted me and the staff looked like they didn’t care. Needless to say after waiting decided to take my business elsewhere. Will not be coming back.

For sure I'm coming back for the "Desayuno El Típico" it was really good and you can add carne asada to it. They have it all day everyday. Workers are so friendly and helpful.

For years I have visited this place but had stopped going because the food was losing quality. This last time my wife and I were passing by, we decided to go buy take-out food, honestly it was the closest thing to us. But I was surprised by the changes they have implemented, the seasoning of the food is much better and the traditional food "pupusas", "carne asada" and "sopa de mondongo" are very good. I imagine there is new management and definitely a new cook.

Ordered online of the Toast app and was pleasantly surprised to see that online prices match in store prices. The staff is very friendly and the food was ready to pick up on time. I had arrived early and they checked to see if my order was ready (not yet) so I was able to snap some photos.I follow the restaurant on Instagram and the featured pupusa (shrimp) got me to stop. I'm no pupusa expert but there was salty, gooey, stretchy mozzarella in every bite and most bites had a piece of garlicky shrimp. Definitely will be stopping by to get more of these before they discontinue them!
Their service leaves something to be desired, for the first time in my life I tried a Mexican style meal and I didn't like any of the ones they presented to me when I tried them, instead I preferred the ones the customer had already ordered, they seemed to suit me better! They also didn't seem to like tipping and didn't leave me any chance to choose. I don't think I'll be trying it a second time!

10/10 FANTASTIC customer service. The people are amazing, polite, and knowledgeable with this cuisine! Food is phenomenal just absolutely tasty and fresh. Highly recommend their tacos all types and pupusas! The ensalada fruit juice is just heavenly!! Prices are very reasonable and they are quick! One of the BEST spots for some authentic Hispanic food

We ordered delivery and were pleasantly surprised! Our order was accurate and super tasty. We tried the new Chorizo Pupusas, delicious! You can't go wrong with La Casita!I've tried both Germantown and Gaithersburg, I think I like Germantown more ?

I placed an order for catering 3 days in advance to have pickup at a certain time and also paid for the food 3 days in advance so it would be ready at the scheduled time. We got to the restaurant and we were told they just started and would take 45min. We asked why we paid several hundreds of dollars in advance and had a scheduled pick up time for a reason and the lady smiled and only said sorry.I WILL NEVER ORDER CATERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
