Worst experience in the past five years at this establishment. In no world should it take over an hour to get a basic cheese pizza. Staff your establishment accordingly. We walked out after our order took over an hour. Worst customer service. Fix this NOW. absolute garbage ??????

The calzone I received was disappointing - the bottom was soggy, resembling a wet noodle, and lacked ricotta with only a scant amount of mozzarella. Additionally, both boxes were soaked through. I regret not being able to share the pictures I took to illustrate the issue.

First they didn’t have the tomatoes on the fettuccine. After getting it home we discovered there was no chicken! Spoke to the manager and offered me a 10% discount!

I have been a loyal customer of this Ledo store for more than a decade and am downgrading my review from 5 stars to 1.At least 8-10 times over the past couple of years I’ve tried to order the chicken parm sandwich over the phone with no sauce on the sandwich but extra sauce on the side. Not one time have I ever received it the way I’ve asked. Today, I ordered in person and explained to the person at the counter my previous bad experiences and ask as clearly as I possibly could that I do not want any sauce on the sandwich but would like extra sauce on the side. And she said you can check it when you pick it up.When picked the order up, again the same mistake. Sauce on the sandwich. They offered to remake the sandwich but I refused because then the pizza I also ordered would be cold by the time it was remade.I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location over the past 10-15 years but I’m done.

They forgot to put bacon on my pizza so they had to hurry up and put bacon on it when I came to pick it up. On top of that my pizza was lukewarm when I got it (I came exactly at the pick-up time) so the bacon wasn't even in the pizza cheese. I wasn't going to write a review or say anything until I realized that they didn't give me ranch dressing for my Buffalo wings, so I had to drive around to 3 different stores to buy some ranch dressing because my order was SUPPOSED to be ready at 10:36 pm and barley any stores were open.

I've given Ledos 5⭐ for a while but my last 2 experiences have been terrible. My last order on Friday was the worst of them all. I ordered a large pie with split toppings and they never got it right. Instead they messed up the entire order. They tried making the same order 2x. I waited for over an hour. The young man at the register kept apologizing and shared that they changed the chef which is why they're having such issues.I decided to just take the last prepared order just to make it home and realize that the entire pie had BBQ sauce. Mind you only a quarter of the pizza was supposed to be BBQ chicken. Instead we had pepperoni on BBQ as well as the rest being cheesy BBQ. We got home and noticed how bad it was and after trying to eat the pizza everyone hated the combination and I had to go in the kitchen instead because no one wanted to eat the pizza. I found this to be sooo unacceptable.

Service was horrible. It looks like there is a bunch of kids working and no adult supervision. Our food took forever to make. It took over an hour to get one of our pizza. The restaurant was not full at all. Truly disappointing. I am definitely never coming back it's not worth it. I would the service a zero!!!
I placed an order online for a 3 topping pizzas and was given a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately I did not realized it until I got home. I called in and was told that I needed to come back to either get a refund or the right pizza. Why do I need to inconvenience myself further to have a mistake that wasn’t my doing corrected? At least offer to give a refund for the difference in pricing.

We needed a place to host a birthday party for my son. When we arrived the staff had all the tables and chairs sorted to accommodate or guests, the food was not only delicious but was available right away, there was a constant flow of refills and the kids loved it. The place was perfect. The bathrooms were clean (that's rare for public places) and the staff was friendly and determined to make sure we were happy. Gus the manager made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back.

I never leave reviews as I only read them but had to leave one this time. I normally love Ledos. My kids swear Papa Johns is the greatest but my wife and I debate with them about Ledos is way better especially because of the sauce. Not sure who was making pizzas this past Sunday evening but the pizzas we got were not good at all. I mean no sauce at all which is the difference maker. I even asked for extra sauce for the two personal pizzas for my kids just to prove a point of how much better they are compared to Papa Johns. Let's just say my kids said "see I told you so". Not sure if the cook was low on sauce and was holding back to have enough for other pizzas or what. Needless to say my wife and were disappointed. Oh then to top it off, we paid for two brownies and got home and they weren't in the bag. Kids just looking at me and shaking their heads. I haven't given up on Ledos as they are usually always good. Just shocked!!
