We got two sandwiches which were very disappointing. One of the sandwiches was missing most of the ingredients. It was basically bread with sauce. It’s supposed to be a caprese sandwich, which used to be good and have lots of filling. This one should have had parmesan and arugula which were entirely missing. It barely had anything at all. Not worth $20…As for service, I went there and the cashier didn’t greet me at all. She was shuffling around with bags and I had to get her attention in order for her to help me and give me my order. The manager even came and tried to wake her up. I said thank you and she just said “yeaaaaaaah”. So strange.

Customer service and level of cleanliness below what I expected of Panera Bread. Seems like the entire staff gave up.

Not a good Panera location. I have been to a lot of Paneras and eat there a few times a week but this one is subpar. My food was a lot more salty than it needs to be and customer service is slow.

The service is very good, they speak to you in Spanish and English, the food is very good, the only thing I think is that they do not have updated prices on the menu that appears on the website since I ordered a dish that was worth $7:99 and they charged me $11:30 but everything is excellent there

Probably the worst the Panera bread I have ever been too. The customer service is not up to far and the people look dirty.

The saddest Panera in Maryland, unhelpful staff and surprisingly bad food.

The manager this short pudgy white guy with glasses kept spying on me while I was drinking my coffee. He would circle me every 5 minutes or so asking if I would like to buy anything else. Each time I kept getting more frustrated and would politely but firmly say I'm not ready yet. He eventually just came out after about 30 minutes and told me if I'm not going to buy anything that I would have to leave. I told him I bought a coffee and I'm almost done with it.I will not be harassed while I'm trying to check my emails and enjoy a cup of coffee. 0/5
Quintessential place for brunches. Very friendly staff and there’s a ton of group activities going on

A very good bakery and coffee store with wi-fi that works well and good coffee and food. Located by the Germantown transit center and near a freeway exit. If you go out for coffee/soda often then join the Sip Club where you can get unlimited coffee/soda/tea for about 11-12 dollars a month (lot cheaper than Starbucks). Germantown does not have a whole lot of places to go so this place can be quite busy at times.
