It was all delicious and we all enjoyed the food. It’s my favorite chicken restaurant ever and the employees were insanely nice, especially the manager who is very friendly who came to ask us about how we were enjoying our food. Everything was delicious and very clean (especially true yuca! Loved it so much!) Everyone should come pay a visit to this place, it’s my favorite chicken restaurant.“
“I had the best afternoon eating at Don Pollo Germantown, the food chicken with fries and salad was delicious, sauces were generous. Best of all, they have an outside dinning area and my little puppy was allowed. They even offered water for him. I will definitely come back! The best atmosphere!“
“Our visit to La Canela was truly phenomenal! The flavors of the food were simply incredible, and the portions were generous. I opted for the Seco de Cabrito (Lamb shank) while my wife savored the Arroz con Mariscos (seafood rice). To start, we enjoyed the Agua de Tigre appetizer, which set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Every dish we tried was exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed and satisfied. It's safe to say that we will be returning to La Canela without hesitation to indulge in more of their delicious offerings. It was a culinary experience worth repeating!“

“Although it was mostly empty when we visited on a weekday evening, the venue and convenient location are appealing. Friendly staff and fair prices, what's not to like. Being first time here, and not knowing the regular portions and size of the chicken, we ordered the whole chicken family meal with 3 sides. It was much more than we could handle. The chicken was good. I think he gave us an extra piece (leftover?) and perhaps that's why we had so much. The Brussels Sprouts was the star of the place - sweet and savory, delicious. 5 stars! We changed our mind at the last minute, and decided to eat in. Can't say it's the cold temperature, but the chicken was cold to the touch for some reason. Maybe it was the extra piece we got. Regardless, it's worth a trip, and will visit again when I have a craving for Peruvian cuisine.“
“Chicharron sandwich was yummy (forgot to take pic bc I munched pretty fast). I thought it was expensive but the sandwich was a big boy and the pork was really tender. Owner's very friendly and they make their stuff daily. The place was clean (especially the bathroom). Will be back to try their house-made desserts“
“Did a pick up order. The Steak sandwich was really really good and whatever bread they used was really good too. Empanadas were good but nothing special in my opinion, however I wasn't a huge fan of the dip, which seemed to be just sour cream. Calamari was decent but I wouldn't pay $11 for it again. Overall, pretty nifty little spot.“

“While on our way to grab some burgers, we caught a whiff of delicious chicken and decided to check out this chicken spot. Upon entering, we were pleased by how clean the establishment was. We placed our order and decided to take it home. The chicken was cooked to perfection - it was tender, moist, and full of flavor. We also enjoyed the sides the Yucca, macaroni and cheese, black beans, rice, and fried plantains. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and moist, but it lacked a bit in terms of flavor. Along with that, we also ordered a cheese empanada and a beef empanada. Both of them were delectable. Initially, we weren't given our empanadas, but the person who took our order saw how quickly we were leaving and ran after us to make we came back to the counter fetched for the empanadas. We were impressed by the customer service and the speed at which our order was prepared. The place was also very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to others. I will definitely come back here.“
“I placed a large order for a birthday celebration and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very attentive and confirmed my order! When I came to pick it up and went to the pick up area, the woman was also very nice! They got our order all correct, included sauces and was on time! Definitely ordering again for another event.“
