The quality of the chicken, and the experience have been mediocre. The oil is sometimes stale. However, the main reason I will no longer eat here is due to Popeyes being a sister company of Burger King (owned by RBI) which supports IDF troops. No, thank you! Not supporting genocide!

I went in there, waited at the register for a good ten minutes watching the workers talk and laugh behind the counter while completely ignoring my mother and I. Once we were finally helped the woman was splitting her attention and having us wait for her to continue taking our order. Since when is giggling with your coworkers more of a priority than the paying customer waiting on you. After waiting for about 7-10 minutes we got our food. Only to realize the woman gave us white meat. We asked for DARK MEAT. We work all day and are often too tired to cook food, when I go out I expect to be less exhausted in the end than when I cook. Prices are too high in this economy to be wasting money just because the worker was not paying attention to the order being placed. I ordered a 5PC dark meat. I would like A FULL refund on the 5PC. This is ridiculous.
