Horrible service, if the two young girls are not the ones working then please be prepared for you’re bread to be hard, cashier to prepare you’re food after sneezing on his hands and not washing them. I ordered 2 cookies from him and they were hard, I asked him to change them out and give me 2 fresh ones. He then picked it up with his bare hands, they need to hire a new set of staff members because this one is not good for business at all

I ordered a sub delivered from Door Dash. I ordered a steak and cheese, double protein, lettuce , tomatoes and pickles with mayo. I got the foot long. what arrived was pitiful. there wasn't the amount of meat for a regular sub- very less the double protein I ordered. hardly any veggies. needless to say I will not order from here again. I noticed Door Dash no longer gets sandwiches from this establishment.

My review is based on placing my order using their App.I have ordered the same thing two times in the past week, including today.I arrived 5 minutes before the estimated pick up time and my order was ready.The first time the associate greeted me, there were no other customers. The second visit the associate was preparing an order already so I was going to wait. She looked over at me and made eye contact. On both situations, I provided my name and was promptly handed my order. The first associate thanked me, the second just nodded.My sandwiches were all as expected. Fresh looking and tasting ingredients, overall well prepared.

Garbage paid 40$ for delivery did not recieve cookies and milk i paid for pretty much paid 40$ for a 20$ order and refuse to refund has been 11 days still nothing never ordering here again. Im assuming they ran out or something but if you outa stock you dont charge customer full price or atleast refund for missing items bad business.

Came to this place to order special of the day today. Tuesday special is oven roasted chicken which I ordered. The sign states $6.99 plus tax for 6 in sub, drink and chip. At the checked out, the cashier named Esperanza, charged me $8.78. I asked her why that much. She said I have to pay tax. I told her the tax is 6%. Added on the combo, total cost should be only $7.41. She said she does not know. Requested to speak to manager who is not at the site. So folks, check your total to avoid overcharge. This store will be boycotted on my list.

The older Pakistani lady is out of pocket. I'm not sure what her problem was tonight but I'll never come here again. Luckily there's another subway less then 10min away I'd advise others not waste your time here.
Rude staff, slow service and small portions. Not your typical Subway experience. I Don’t recommend visiting this place.

Subway is always my favorite as whichever location you go it is always the same and fresh . In Germantown it’s located inside a complex where there are other restaurants too. Huge parking space is also available.I have tried subway wraps too and it is very good. My fav is always a veggie patty sub made with the below combination. Try and see.1 . Italian herb and cheese bread2. Veggie patty3. Pepper jack cheese4. Jalapeño peppers5. Banana peppers6. Onion7. Lettuce8. Olives9. Spinach10. Pickles11. Salt , pepper, herbs12. Chipotle Sauce13.
