Tried to use Subway coupon, however, the person inside told me that I could only get couple of cold cut subs. It had a paper print out glued on the glass with "specials for coupon", lol!That info is not specified on coupon, and it did get honored in another Subway store down the street!!!! So what's the point of Subway sending out coupons if you do not honor them? Just say we don't honor them and that would be it!!! I think it's just very poor customer service and cheap way to save money! Not going there ever again!

This location is under NEW management. MAJOR MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!!! Bread and vegetables were fresh. Even the store looked significantly cleaner. Customer service was extreme friendly. I will no longer drive past them and visit the other location. Highly recommend all the previous customers that left do to the previous Management flaws give this location another try.

This is not the subway that you want to go to. I went into the subway and I was immediately greeted by the smell of dead mice. I asked the person working behind the counter what was that smell. She stated that it was mice but they were out back. The smell was so strong inside the store I don't even believe that for one minute. You need to stay away from thisfrom this Subway restaurant until they fix whatever rodent problem they have and smell problem they have.

Correct me if I'm wrong.. but arent you required to wear some sort of headgear (hat, net) if you have LONG hair? WHOEVER manages this location needs to remind their staff that headgear is NOT OPTIONAL when your prepping FOOD! NASTY

Just left Subway (Mateny Dr, Germantown, MD) disappointed. There was a middle aged Asian man working the counter & register and touching his phone keypad without gloves. He refused to put on gloves even after i asked him politely to please wear gloves. This is unacceptable during COVID19 times.

I came on for some cookies around 11:41 am. Even though the website stated it opened at 10. She said she did not have time to make cookies and that she will do them in the afternoon. Because she was just getting in. She was very rude. In a time like this every needs to show some compassion. Very disappointing.

Quality has gone down, especially recently. Regularly order 2 or more subs at a time but they will only accept one coupon per order, though the coupon clearly states " one coupon per item", not per order. Clerk says she will " get in trouble " if she takes more than one. Will definitely reconsider Subway for future sub purchases.....there are many more options with better service and product
