Been here a few times and was fun in the past, until we tried to go on a Tuesday morning. We got there right when they opened at 10am, and there were maybe only five other cars in the parking lot. When we arrived, we were told they could not accommodate us because all their bays were "full", and we would have to wait at least an hour or two. I pointed out that there were only a handful of bays occupied, and did not understand. They indicated they had staffing issues and could not seat us without a server. I indicated we were not interested in drinks or food, just wanted to hit some golf balls. I reached out to the management get clarification on their policies, but I never received any sort of response or follow up.This seems like a silly policy and there were many others who came in and were turned away. There was no attempt accommodate any of these guests, such as "we are light on staff, but if that's OK, we will help you as soon as we can." or some other way to allow people who wanted to play, with almost every bay vacant.

Our visit to Top golf Germantown was awesome, the atmosphere and service were great .The staff offered to accommodate a bay from the regular layout to a Wheelchair accessible bay. That was about and beyond.Thanks was very much appreciated!Parking: There are charging stations available also.

Even if you are not a golfer, great venue to have fun and enjoy yourself.It was a sunny and warm day and we made our reservations through the app. Lots of people had the same idea and we were put on the waiting list. Our bay was ready as the time had told us. App gave us notifications and kept us well informed. Lots of areas to hang out (bar area and downstairs play area with pool tables) if you need to wait. Also merchandise is for sale.Our bay host was excellent. Very attentive and checked in with us often. In addition, nice to have the managers stop by and check in. Food was also very good. We had several appetizers like the pretzel bites and Asian zing wings.Three levels but I like the upper two levels better to see the targets. The games are awesome. Angry birds is lots of fun. Also playing some of the courses is great fun. Regardless of your level, there are games for everyone! And the bays are heated, chairs are comfortable and a fantastic atmosphere.Overall a great evening. It was tons of fun. Great family fun for us, but I can’t see it for large parties and work outings.Stop by and enjoy!Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options like salads and some appsParking: Lots of parking but can be full on really crowded daysKid-friendliness: Great for families and kids. So I love this place, it’s fun! HOWEVER the cost to play for two hours is pretty ridiculous.I also love their food I’ve never had a bad food item from there, but when you order alcoholic drinks I definitely expect to feel something. Yesterday we got two cherry limeade buckets and there was definitely no alcohol in them. For $24 one should get you feeling good. Top golf definitely step up your game with the drinks if you’re going to charge that much!

I visited Top Golf in Germantown this evening to celebrate my son's 14th birthday.Josie was our server. She was so bubbly and kind to my kids and their friends. She gave them tips for using the arrows on the clubs to make the most from their swings. We played for 2 hours at tables 212 and 213, and Josie checked on us constantly. She made sure the staff was aware of my son's birthday to sing to him and gave my youngest coloring pages and crayons to further keep her entertained.
Great food and mixed drinks here. The service was great too. Ample parking and very easy to get to the location.Parking: Plenty of parking in a well uplept parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly

Had a lot of fun with friends on my birthday ? Decent price for the games. Food might be a little bit overpriced and could be done better. We ordered chicken tenders and fries. It was a little bit more than $10 but we got only three tenders for the price we paid. But overall food is not too bad.

My friends and I recently visited for a two-hour session and ended up extending it for an additional two hours because we couldn't get enough of the fantastic vibe.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere that immediately put us in the mood for fun. The facility may be compact, but it packs a punch with everything you need for a great time. The range of games and challenges kept us entertained throughout our visit, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.What really stood out to us was the welcoming ambiance. Surrounded by friends and laughter, we felt right at home as we took turns hitting balls and cheering each other on. It was the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, making for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to go back for another round of fun!
