This is one of the worst places if you want to order, they waste your time and when you can help the employees what they do is tell you to simply cancel the order, I really don't recommend that you order here.

they forgot the most important thing of my order, the ranch. the thing that brings it all together, the reason i started eating wingstop. the thing that brings me joy. the reason i am alive. ranch is the most beautiful sauce to exist in this world. i was so excited to receive my order with my mouth watering for the beautiful ranch. i had a nasty feeling before thinking, “i feel like they’re going to miss my ranch for some reason” i was starving, i got paid today from work. i was so excited to see that i got money to door dash me some wingstop. excited to open the bag, i peek in, take the chicken and fries out, and notice, the most atrocious, horrible, vile thing happened to me, i noticed, that there was in fact, no ranch. it was the driest meal of my life, i- i felt like crying. i was thinking “i can’t wait to eat this food, finish rewatching spiderman homecoming and be happy.” so i in fact, give this place, 2 stars. the best i could do. so please, give me ranch next time.

The WORST Wings ever; the last time I get wings from this location; I ordered 2 flavors and one of them was wrong and the wings were so soggy and no flavor, they just added the hot sauce on top. I’ll drive to Rockville or Goshen but Never Germantown again.

The lady up front with the shaved head is rude. I walk-in and say hello etc. and she literally cuts me off and says - "order!" Damnn, I wanted wings not beef like why are you mad. All the other staff are sweet though!

Ok so huge difference from the Wing Stop in Frederick. Worst service ever! No one greets you and they just stare at you like you’re basically a bother. Would not come back here again prefer to drive an extra 30min to another wing stop. If you hate you hate your job then find another thing to do.

I ordered my food online today, and I was impressed that my order was complete within 10 minutes. Despite getting takeout, the restaurant looked clean from a cursory glance.The cashier completing my order was friendly and polite and verified my order. I like that Wingstop keeps the online orders behind the counter to prevent theft, unlike Chipotle and similar places.The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The fries were very soggy, had little to no salt, and were very sugary. The chicken sandwiches were razor thin and were mainly breading. The only positive was the soft bread and stellar ranch sauce.HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO TO THE GOSHEN ROAD LOCATION IN MONTGOMERY VILLAGE FOR BETTER QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY.

There food is great if your will to spend a little extra, what ill say is that the more food you get the cheaper it gets per person, the casherier is chill ive seen that guy there since i was in middle school, sometimes smells a little weird in there and the tables be sticky thats the only reason its not a 5/5Vegetarian options: Dont go here if your vegitarian, they go celery and carrots so dont waste your time.Dietary restrictions: This place will get you chub if eat there to often, 1 day wont kill you though, so if your cutting, probly pick somwhere else but if its a family event go ahead and treat yourselfs.Parking: Plaza parking the chances of your tryning to find a spot are slim to none.
