Was in the mood for pretzel mini dogs, we didn't see any in the window so we asked if any were being made as we could clearly see they were in the oven only for the lady to tell us they were out and none were being made. Very disappointed and horrible service. I do not recommend this location.

Service is horrible, they lie to your face about making an item that you can see in the oven. Asked to order 2 pretzel mini dogs that they were clearly making in the oven and they said we are out instead of them letting me pay and wait for them to be finished they lied and said that there were none being made I do not recommend going to this franchises location.

Girl dumped garlic powder on my pretzel. Way to much!! Got all over my clothes once I opened top of package. Had to get home, so couldn’t go back in. I live 1.5 hours from this location! I go to the aspen dental in town. They don’t answer their phone, goes to a Verizon recording about mailbox number! I paid over $3 for this pretzel! I’m not gonna be a nice person when I go back on my next dental appt. I’ll be stopping by, heads up!

We went to order from here and were treated horribly, my daughter had the straws thrown at her and then they forgot one of the sauces. I went RIGHT back in to get the sauce and the lady acted like I wasn't even there 3 minutes ago and charged me for the sauce as if I hadn't asked for it originally when I ordered. She was plain rude to me, my 6 year old daughter, as well as the other worker that was there that needed help.

They wrap my pretzel dogs in napkins and I had to peel it off of my dogs and we asked for napkins for a hands they said no.

Horrible customer service. Every time me and my girlfriend stop by this stand, the employees are rude and dismissive. More than one time I've asked them if they had something and they've just said "no" and walked walked away. And don't even think about asking them for something simple like salt added to the only type of pretzel they have left (in the middle of the day mind you).

Service is terrible at this location. They rarely make fresh pretzel. They make some pretzel hoping that they sell out to the Walmart shoppers. What do the buyers get? Answer: a bad pretzel because it has been on display waiting for a s***** to buy it out.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online for same day only to get there and have to wait 30 mins to come. First I waited about 7 mins and nothing. Got an associate to help, she went as asked someone to page...I went to help for help again, she asked a young lady if she was at lunch, then told me she will ask someone to help, but instead had another page sent out and the young lady just stood there and kept staring our way....after that, Every associate that walked just kept walking ignoring us all (5 of us total now)...After 30min, we heard another page and that's when the same lady that was asked if she was at lunch came to help and just stood there staring our way came to help, when she could have helped 15 mins ago!!!! Never again! First and last time I order from this location!

I placed a mobile delivery order through the Auntie Anne's app and it's been 2 hours, my order shows completed on postmates tracking I was sent but no one has come to my home it delivered my food. no one will answer the phone at the store, and no one to contact at postmates because I didn't order through them. I am extremely upset.
