I'm a bit torn. My wife and I visited this location by happen chance not realizing that it was actually closing. The manager was a nice fellow who was holding down the restaurant by himself. Apparently this was the only Boston Market left below New York. So sad to hear. And because they were winding down and preparing to close this location down food options were limited. I have to say we've enjoyed visiting and eating at the restaurant over the years and will miss having them as an option.

I drove 20 mins away because I was craving Boston Market. The last time I’ve been there was 2 years ago. When I went I got 1/2 rotisserie chicken, mashed potato, Mac and Cheese, Garlic Spanish and sweet potatoes for my family. They only thing we ate was te cornbread. Everything else was terrible. No seasoning, the chicken was so dry and the Mac and cheese taste like it came out the box. I will NEVER go to this or any Boston Market again. Very disappointing.

Haven't been to a Boston Market in awhile, decided to get some dinner...big mistake. Chicken was dry and bland, mac was watery and overcooked, and mash and gravy was flavorless as well. Sad the high cost of food and it was absolutely horrible. Would not even feed this to my dogs. Will not be returning and definitely do not recommend.

Cash only. Food comes in Styrofoam containers. Limited selection. Not up to typical Boston Market standards. Food is still good and well prepared. Just not what I expected.

The food and service were good but the store was really run down. I was a little worried to get my food to be honest. But it was good.

Ordered online for delivery. Total order cost 138 dollars. Sadly the order was missing an entire family XL MEAL of chicken and ribs. This was Oct 27th. Still waiting on refund of that missing Family XL Meal..Hey, Charles where's my money???

I want to express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience. The spinach lacked the expected creaminess and seemed excessively diluted, appearing to have been boiled in water only. Additionally, instead of the specified peri peri sauce, a generic hot sauce was used, leading to a significant deviation from the intended flavor. The unavailability of crispy chicken necessitated substitutions, further impacting the overall quality of the order. Furthermore, the requested sandwich was not prepared according to the expected standards.Regrettably, the entirety of the meal fell far short of expectations, leaving a negative impression. The establishment's appearance was unappealing, resembling a poorly maintained environment, both visually and in terms of cleanliness. The subpar food quality and deviations from menu descriptions suggest a need for a thorough evaluation of the stores and the overall food quality. I recommend conducting an assessment, potentially through an undercover boss or a similar quality control mechanism, to address these concerns and uphold the restaurant's standards.

So disappointed in this Boston Market. Their macaroni and cheese used to be so good. I spent 28 dollars today on 4 large Mac and cheese to bring to Thanksgiving for my nieces who are very picky eaters. The mac and cheese was elbow macaroni in a extremely watery, bland, awful taste. 28 dollars and it is completely inedible. Nothing at all like what they used to serve. I used to come here often a year ago but hadn't been in awhile. I wanted to do my family a favor and get the mac and cheese. I will not be serving that and now have nothing for the girls. Don't eat here. The food looked and tasted horrible. I see why all the Boston Markets are closing. I rarely write reviews but this was just awful food. I cant understand how they would serve something that watery. It almost seemed like they dumped water in because it was from yesterday. I heard them say they were running out of noodles. I should have politely walked out. I could tell something was wrong when I asked for 4 large macaroni and cheeses. This dish used to be everything to my nieces. They loved it and my mom gets it every holiday for them. The Ellicott City one closed a few days ago so I went here. Worst food I have ever had in my life. I can't get the smell or one taste out of my mind, it was that bad. And they could only accept cash

I obviously did not read the reviews before coming here again after years of not going. HORRIBLE food! The mac n cheese was mush. Literal chunks of battered mush. Im in disbelief. Mashed potatoes tasted like gritty instant mash. The sweet potato (a previous all time fave of mine) was watery and NO flavor. Smallest chicken ever with lack of seasoning. What is happening? Not coming here again.

Not sure if this review is worth a write since I imagine this location must be closing like many others. Due to a hospitalized family member, we had a last minute change of plans and needed to bring Thanksgiving to her. I attempted to place an online order, but the website would not allow it. However, when you call the phone number to this location, it directs you to the website if you’re placing a food order- very conflicting! Lo and behold I placed the phone call, and the phone just kept ringing for multiple minutes, so I called back again and the same thing happened. I decided to try one more time and while the phone rang a lot someone who I assume is the manager picked up. He was very abrupt and short. I told him I was unable to place an online order, and he interrupted me before my sentence was over, and started shouting that online ordering is gone for good and won’t be available. I told him that is why I was calling and that I wanted to place an order via phone. He snapped back that they also aren't accepting those either and it’s walk-ins only. I asked if they were open on Thanksgiving and he didn’t answer- he just quickly said the hours. I asked him how long of a wait to expect since we couldn’t pre-order. Clearly annoyed, he said well…let’s see I’ll be running on 60% staff. And then went on to say I don’t know it could be a quick wait, it could be a non-quick wait. I laughed and sarcastically “thanked” him for his help. I’ll be marking them off my list!

The food is horrible now, I was so disappointed. The food had absolutely no flavor. The mac and cheese was not cheesy and the noodles were over cooked, the sweet potato casserole was bland and the turkey breast was like rubber. I will not be going back!!!
