Came in at 7pm to order food and was not greeted, used the kiosk and was told AFTER PAYING that they were out of cheese bites and couldn't refund. The manager was rude and only offered to give us an exchange.

My order was $7.41, so I handed the woman a $20 bill. She then hands me a $5 & 2-$1 dollar bills along with $.59 change. As I went to move forward I quickly stopped and said, "I think you shorted me on my change." She asked me to wait a minute while she walked away. She came back with a $5 bill without my ever mentioning how much I was short. Later I checked the bag looking for a receipt with her name on it and there was no receipt. Word to the wise, count your change!

Asked or a burger wrapped in lettuce. They seemed to understand the order. Upon arriving home to eat I was served just a patty wrapped up in their plastic wrapping paper.

Worker in back has gloves on but when you are touching your face scratching your arm it kinda makes no difference with the glove on will not eat here any more

WHAT A DUMPSTER!!!!!! THE GM THERE IS THE WORST!!!!the bathrooms are filthy, the dinning area always is filthy with flies and other garbage. She yells at her employees like they are dogs, you can hear her from from the outside window yelling at them. i actually recorded it. Id loveeeeeee to talk with corporate about this gross negligent behavior!!

I have been to this Burger King on MULTIPLE occasions and I’ve never had an issue. I always experience good customer service, my last visit was recently and my cashier was a cute young man who was very patient with me as I had small children with me who were being well children but he understood and was patient his name was John . Then I had a small issue with my order so he called his manager over to help him her name was Deaira and she was very apologetic and fixed it right away for me with a smile . There was also another lady helping me because she could see my hands were full her name was Mia or Miyah ? I feel like people take time out to make bad reviews and I did not see many positive ones and I feel like it’s because people don’t take the time out so I wanted to put a smile on their faces I hope they see this and their managers understand what an amazing kind staff they have :)

The workers here... Are pretty classless, loudly cussing and discussing inappropriate subjects. I'm no prude and don't mind the occasional crass banter from people, but this was just wonton neglect of professionalism. The food quality is pretty mid. I was once given the wrong order and the woman at the window told me that they just ran out of buns for my particular burger, so they used normal buns, turned out when I got home that it was entirely a different burger, it had none of the condiments it should have had. I was lied to because she was too lazy to fix my order. I'm done with this place.

Poor waiting time inside and our order was completely ignored. We were not the only ones ignored. There were customers inside whos orders were also completely ignored while others who came after these people were getting their orders and leaving. We could hear a worker screaming at who I assume was a manager or assistant manager. My husband went to get a refund after waiting almost 30 minutes and they went a grabbed a bag that had been sitting where they fill food. This bag had been sitting there for about 20 minutes and gave it to him. Absolutely poor service and our food was cold.Update: went back today and they said they didn’t have any ice and the sodas were both completely flat and warm when given to us.
