Took roughly 3 hours total, 2 for the initial and 1 to get what was forgotten. After that food was still forgotten. Wings were over fried and breaded and some how the drums were all hollow. The fries, and onion rings were over cooked and tasteless. The grilled shrimp were on the small side. The grilled chicken ceaser wrap had cheddar on it which was not identified. Aftet waiting an hour for the missing food they seem annoyed and at no time was i offered any sort of refund or compensation. All in all it was expensive and not worth the wait.

Would do 0 stars if possible. Delivered food to the wrong address for starters, our food was cold when it got here. Open our food to see that the salad i ordered was wrong, was supposed to be a deluxe chicken salad and idek what this was, definitely not as pictured and didn't have half of my requests, and everything else ordered was dry and burnt. Mozzarella sticks didn't even have cheese in them. Sad this used to be a favorite go to but pictures and quality on social media is NOT what you'll receive. Spent $100 on the meal not including the tip and got to stay on hold with Slice since we ordered it online. Ridiculous.

I never do reviews, but I ordered some food online it took an hour and 30 minutes just to get an answer for why my food was taking so long and I live a mile away (my car was down) and I kept calling to see where it was they gave me the run around, and they finally called back and said they got the order mixed up with the driver and if I wanted to wait another 15 minutes or get a refund ???? I’ve been waiting an hour and a half, how about give me a refund and my food.. how do you treat a customer like this who been waiting for so long, and I never complain but this is ridiculous!

Sitting here on hold with Slice to get back a refund for a $18 salad because the quality was so horrible. Sweet lady at the front but their pictures are DEFINITELY false advertisement. I ordered a Shrimp Cobb. Before I drove off something told me to check my food. Very happy I did. Browning iceberg lettuce salad mix topped with over ripe avocado, over boiled eggs and barely cooked shrimp.If I didn’t return the food so quick I would’ve provided a picture.It’s clearly an old spot some locals come to.Wish this wasn’t my first experience or I’d be back to try to pizza but today I just wanted a simple salad and smh that didn’t come from here!

Order here for the first time and waited patiently and I get back to my house to find out how our food end up being after how much I spent and even waited 10min after order said done! The chicken was so over cooked and hard as a rock with not a piece of meat! All crunchy hard batter! Ridiculous how much time and money I spent when I was referred here by a friend. Very disappointed and to just throw away dinner and go without is just sad. I don't recommend any chicken from here! You will throw your money away!

Worst food i've ever had. Ask for a hot roast beef and I got shoe leather with no gravy ! Anybody from this country knows that a hot roast beef is covered with gravy. Disgusting food I'll never go there again !

champs has by far some of the best pizza and subs in the area. the staff are so kind, the inside is always clean, and the food is always delicious. champs is the kind of place where you can go and try something new everytime and it will always be good. I have never been disappointed by champs!
