Got bbq pit beef. It was kinda bland in my opinion. Wasn’t all my cousin made it out to be. I’ll give it another try.

Sorry. But you don't serve moldy bread. As a employee, you're job is to inspect the food before you serve. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The past three times I bought food from this location I was not impressed. The chicken and sausage were very dry and tough. Almost like they were leftovers. I'll stick with the Baltimore location.

I had the pit beef and ham sandwich; really good! The small French fries with gravy was a pretty good portion. Nice friendly service. Will come back, lots of choices to try!

I was sop happy when they announced they were opening another location in Glen Burnie since I absolutely love the location in Baltimore by my work. But unfortunately the Glen Burnie location is nothing like that location. You can go into the Baltimore location when it is packed and get your food within a few minutes. The Glen Burnie location is a sad excuse for a franchise. I stopped there the other evening where 3 people were working and only 1 other customer in the store. After taking my order the young lady proceded to clean the tables and one of the kitchen workers was following her around like a lost puppy. After a while I kept looking at her and finally said can you check my order. She turned to the man and said you need to go get the order done. It took over 20 minutes to get a medium pit beef. I love Chaps but will not be going to the Glen Burnie location ever again.

Drove from de because chaps in Rehoboth closed for good idk y we always ate there this place was dirty our fries were so over cooked the beef was fatty an tough I have never ever had a bad pit beef from chaps also there are signs saying if u have eaten any of the food no remake or refund pit beef med Xtra meat and a Larry burger which was so dry bacon very hard couldn't chew. So sad the one in bmore is good also the one in rehobeth was amazing. But this one awful dirty condiment station had one sauce said reg sauce lol dirty condiment cups ( used) were in a box on the counter I told the girl at counter it was the worse food we ever had.

Literally the worst place ever. I also spoke with the General Manager and she is no help! She did nothing. The food is gross, customer service is rude, place is gross, bathroom is dirty and it took over 25 minutes to get a sandwich. I have been a pit beef fan for like 35 years, I have had Chaps every where else and all other pit beef places in Maryland. This Chaps is not related to the main Chaps in Baltimore, it's a Franchise. they will close down like all the other Franchises soon. Seriously, they are so bad. I talked with the Baltimore location and complained. It has been an ongoing issue. Seriously, don't go there. Do not give these people any business!!!

Good size portions of the beef sandwich and fries. Place is a little messy and the condiment counter needs to be organized and cleaned up, just very messy. All the BBQ sauce pump bottles looking like they came straight out of a Costco. They can do better.

Came in at 7:30 not realizing they close at 8:00 to be fair. But all soda machines were down, to be fair the girl at the counter advised us immediately which I thought was more than fair. I wasn’t gonna give a bad review until I received the order of fried pickes that I paid $4.00 for, this was literally condiment pickles that were deep fried and even served in a condiment cup there’s no way these should be $2.00 let alone $4.00
