I ordered in the early evening and the food was horrible!! The chicken was old and hard in my orange chicken. It was dry and awful! Do not order from this place or you will regret it! The order taker is a rude lady who knows that their food is substandard and she doesn’t care. Shame on them!

complete trash flavor was bland, ingredients and rice all look and tastes like freezer food banquet meals. doesn't have that "chinese food" taste at all. first time in years i didn't finish a plate of food somewhere. and inside looks like it's in quarantine

I almost gave it a five based on the delicious Chinese I got there fory my daughter's and I and it was a hit!!! Best dumplings and chicken lo-mein I've ever had. It's two women cooking back there so I like to support it! I would give it a five star rating based on the food but I pick up and there was random food sitting on tables etc......it's just an awkward dining area, and I don't even know I don't think there were any chairs but I can't remember. I have ordered it twice in three days. Yummy ?

Awfully service. We ordered food to-go and my daughter made it very clear she wanted noodles. So we ordered the chicken chow mein and I ordered “happy family” for myself. When I checked the order this is what we got. A mix of celery with idk what. I went back inside because I believed they messed up my order. The guy quickly said we don’t give refunds or exchanges. He pulled out a menu to say the chow mein is with a crispy noodle. I was like why didn’t anyone say it’s not traditional chow mein as clearly my daughter stated she wanted noodles. Not this celery junk. I would have paid and ordered noodles for her but considering the “happy family” smelled and looked awful I didn’t want to waste any more money on bad food or awful service. I literally threw the food in the trash and walked over to subway. Never will I come back to this place. Don’t waste your time or money

The owner was VERY rude and would not give me the correct food. I was at work and a group of us ordered food and the person who ordered ordered me something I did not want. I received the food, paid and tipped the driver and when I got back to my unit I noticed my food was wrong. I called back and told them what happened and they tried to make me pay again and he said you pay cash when I get there. When he came with my replaced/correct meal he refused to give it to me without paying again.. I also had the wrong food still in the bag to give back but he didnt take it and would not give me the food that was ALREADY paid for and all I wanted was an EVEN exchange for the lunch special. I usually frequent this establishment but NO MORE the way I was treated and spoken to was unprofessional and disrespectful and I will NEVER go there or any of my family members and coworkers who were here that ordered with me because they were not pleased with their food either. He claimed he was the manager, but if that was the case he would have been more respectful and willing to work with me especially since I was not the one who ordered the food and a mistake was made and I called as soon as I saw it was wrong. It doesn't pay to try and get over on people and treat paying customers like that.

This place is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The team is very professional and the cooking they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Lived at Southgate Apt for 8 years and went to China House 2-3 times a month. Never had a bad meal from them. The family was alway nice and watched the children grow up.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely time there with very good cooking and an efficient stuff and a great chief cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will surely come back soon. We highly recommend.
