Imagine going to a place that serves Quesadillas, only to be told that you cannot order quesadillas in the store. In order to get a quesadilla at this location... You have to go online, order it and then pick it up. Meaning you have to plan out the trip. The idea of seeing a Chipotle... Wanting a quesadilla because you saw that restaurant, and then on a whim, saying: "you know what? Let me stop over here and get this quesadilla" is no longer a part of the business model for this company.I can't overstate how bad the customer service is in this location. If someone from corporate actually cares about their brand, this place needs attention.

WORST CHIPOTLE. I made a pick up order during my lunch break got my order went back to work realized they completely got the order wrong. Drive back to this location not even 30 minutes later. They tell me they can’t give me a new bowl and I should call customer service. Spoke to the manager got the same response. Completely ruined my lunch and acted like they couldn’t fix the issue THEY MADE.

they charged me extra! in stead of an chicken bowl with extra steak they charged steak and extra steak also the new manger has a bad attitude and also they put extremely low amount of protein...I was so disappointed that I told my office (I ordered for 4 people ) that I wont return to that location ever

I've had it with this terrible location! Every time I go here, including the last 3 times, there's many issues: long wait, rude staff, no veggies, no guac, get my order wrong, food got dirty, long wait to pay, try to charge me extra. I'm no longer coming here after the last time when they had no guac, no veggies, were extremely rude, and still tried to overcharge me with a bowl that was broken. I go to Qdoba now, so much better!

I went in here today at 3:30pm to order food for my family and I. My wife was told that we had to order a quesadilla for our child online only. They are always out of food and never make more while having a whole shift a head. The fajitas had four pieces left and they looked old. When I asked if they had any more we were told no more for the day. We’re never going here again because it’s the same issue every time.

Every time I place an online order I NEVER get any meat. What in the world??? So today I thought to go in person and watch them do it myself. It's so crazy because they had a new worker out and I couldn't wrap the fact that I literally just watched this lady PICK MEAT OFF OF THE SPOON before deciding that the tiny bits of chicken that she left on the spoon was enough... WHAT THE HELL!! So then I asked for extra, and damn right she went ahead and did the same thing. And I got charged the extra for food that shouldn't even be considered extra. What I find even more crazy is that the final amount I was given was probably just enough for the regular amount of meat that should be given. I don't understand why this location is so STINGEY with their food. Won't be back and HIGHLY would NOT recommend this location to anyone else either.

I was being waited on by a young lady the machine for burritos was down the young lady was literally trying to go above and beyond to assist me manager Elizebeth chimed in to correct the young lady but in a manner that should have been addressed after customers were no longer in the store maybe at closing time it was very unprofessional if it wasn’t for the young lady going above and beyond I would have asked for my money back and never returned it is not what u say it is when and how you say things other than that services was great but ELIZEBETH TISK TISK TISK

I got to the line and the guy with glasses was taking his time like if he didn’t care I was there waiting then he proceeded to start giving me my food so little food by the way the he proceeded to take my cousin order which he gave him less food than me then he placed our order where other toppings are and he started taking another family order and left us there waiting and there was this other lady at the register which she was putting lipstick on while looking at us then she started dancing still just watching us waiting for someone to ask us what other toppings we wanted we literally was there standing just looking at our food through the glass we got tired of waiting for someone so we just left the branch and left the food there, this has been the worst experience I ever had at chipotle never again eating or coming to this location again.
