I'm a bit bothered by the " dine in service" The drive thru is without question catered to far above the dine in customers. I've watched several people walk away from the counter with a very discuscusted look on their face, because, they stood there for roughly 5-7 minutes, and not one employee acknowledged their presence. My girlfriend's family has 11 McDonald's franchises, and each one has a designated cashier for the drive thru and also the dining room customers. To me, it's simple, if there's no customers for the dining room to be attended to, then that cashier helps with the drive thru, and vice versa with the drive thru cashier.Also, there is an indicator that allows you to know when the fries are done cooking. I've watched several employees stand right beside the deep fryer, and they didn't take the necessary 5 seconds it takes to lift the fries from the deep fryer and turn the indicator sound off. I mean really, HOW HARD IS IT TO LIFT THE FRIES BASKET FROM THE GREASE AND TURN THAT INDICATOR SOUND OFF ?????The ONLY ONE I SEE THAT DOES THINGS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IS THE MANAGER, CARLOS. HES A GREAT MANAGER, AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP EVERY CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THAT MAN LEADING YOUR TEAM OF EMPLOYEES, HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE.One more major thing that needs to be addressed, The little Spanish lady that cleans the dining room and frequently cleans the bathrooms, needs to learn how to speak English. She has walked in the men's room, twice on me, while I was in the middle of using the restroom, and half dressed, then goes back out in the dining room and laughs about the fact that I was half dressed,You folks had better do something VERY FAST ABOUT HER ATTITUDE, WHEN SOMEONE IS USING THE RESTROOM. ITS NOT VERY FUNNY AT ALL, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TO MENTION, IT MAKES YOUR RESTAURANT LOOK BAD.

Had an issue with my code not working for my app. Called the store after fighting with the app and getting no resolution. The team there was great and jumped right in to try to help me and found a resolution that satisfied both parties. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be coming here again in the future. Everytime I come toThis McDonald’s it’s disappointing the boss who open with the boldhead is rude disrespectful never but your order in right then the women that’s working registered on putting food and bags are no better now if it’s a male they smiling asking question myself and another lady so rude I ask for two medium coffee two creams n both n packs of sugar in a bag for one coffee and ask her to hit the sugar dispenser four times I even told the owner guy with the boldhead who took my order as I’m saying miss hit it again she looking at him he tell her n their language basically give me the cup then the cups were mixed up so had no idea which cup got the sugar then another male came from offf the side at this point racism still exist and they have no respect for authority who protect them and help them ride smoothly if they catch the train to work and if you notice they have no African American working there ATP I’ll be going to Dunkin Donuts n I’ll spread the word to my co workers as well

Very friendly staff. The food was good and tasted fresh. I personally prefer this location over a few others because of the location being convenient near downtown Glen Burnie and across the street from Cromwell Station.Parking: Mcdonalds is surrounded by a huge parking lot for the strip mall, so parking is no obstacle.

The lady taking my order told me to hold on after waiting 5 minutes I just pulled around and she was on a FaceTime call on her phone. Then I pulled up to get my food and the lady at the second window got smart because she forgot to put my fries in the bag. VERY horrible customer service !!!!! Will NEVER go there again !!!!!

Too many street people hanging there by the door as you try to get in. By the drive through speaker asking for money. Inside guy sleeping at a table falling off it, woman crying about something, another woman asking for money. Telling you that I can't go back there. Not a pleasant experience this was around 1:00 PM.
