The machine that dispenses the Hawaiian punch and high-c orange has been broken for at least four months both beverages taste like water I’ve spoken to the manager who said he has filed a concern with the company who manufactures the machine and it has yet to be fixed.

It’s McDonald’s. Most are hit or miss but I have to say overall this one is more consistent than others. Food is generally hot and tasty. I’ve never had them forget anything in the order, so they seem to really pay attention to the orders which is nice.

went here a few nights ago and got a medium meal and my fries were only halfway full ?but also i ordered my burger with extra pickles and they got that, there were like 10 on there??

I never eat inside unless I have my kid as she still sees the magic of this charade we call McDonald's. First off I was cut off by someone who requested bags.. the lady at FOH was aware I was next but just ignored me. I paid and she gave my change. Then waited until I walked away to put my drink cup on the counter without saying anything.She did the same with my food.. that came out wrong.she laughed when I told her no cheese was on the burger.. and at that point she told the guys in the back just to put cheese on it.. a manager intervened and they still just put a piece of cheese on it.. my Big Mac cheese was not melted either so by daughter and I bonded over the mistake. Still.. be nice to patrons and treat us with some sort of decency, or find a new line of work..

Came October 6th later in the night. Watched a heavy set black man in the back dig in his pants...like dig way up back there...and then handle food and drinks. Disgusting. Everybody back there didnt have gloves on. I wouldnt have even seen any of this if it didn't take forever to get my food.
The people are nice and the service was great don't get me wrong. I'd also like to add I am a very VERY patient man. But when I get there it always seems like there is a wait for almost everything. I don't make special orders etc. As a teen my second job was a MacDonald's and we always had stuff under the heat lamp. Who knows- maybe they're understaffed. I'm not here to complain. Just see it as a warning.

Always good service here! They're not stingy with sauce. The Manager with the glasses( didn't catch the name)here is always super friendly and Courteous. Thank you for always treating me and my wife good. We really appreciate. We will always come to this location!
