I was just in the carry out to pick up my order and witnessed one of the cooks pick up a hand full of fries without wearing plastic gloves, proceed to drop them in the fryer to recook them and take a fry out and eat it. He then wenr and grabbes his cell phone and walked across the kitchen viewing whatever he was viewing. The order taker was on the phone at the time so I did not interrupt her at that moment. When she finished her call I informed her and told her what I saw. I told her I wanted another order of fried dropped so that we could ensure he did not handlle the food with his bare hands and asked if he also cooked my cheese steak. She said he did not but I did not feel confident just the same. The cook stood at the counter prolonging my getting fries that he had not touched with hos bar hands, cross contaminating with touching his phone, ear piece and God knows what else. The other cook came over but to my surprise he was smirking and sarcastic in his response. Worst service ever! I did get the email of the owner.

I don't do this often . But DAMN ! Absolutely Fantastic ! The online ordering system and experience is the most smoothest , thought out, and modern I ever had. The quality of the food was a 10/10. Delivery driver? Super freaking friendly. This place brings me hope . Haven't had good experience in a long time.

First time ordering from here & I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous because of the reviews !! My Family & I are glad we ordered from here though. We got mild buffalo wings & mozzarella sticks, they were both delicious !!!! ? The ONLY thing that disappointed us a little was they had an option for curbside & when we pulled up there was a man sitting at the front desk doing nothing, then started talking to someone who came in just to talk (wasn't a customer) so my husband walked in to get our food & it was ready of course. Why give an option for curbside if you're not gonna offer it ?! Other than that little hiccup though we're glad we ordered from here & will definitely be back !!!!
