We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. When it arrived our food was cold (even though it was just cooked). I was afraid to eat it due to possible bacteria. Clearly they are understaffed and need help. I will not be coming back to this location.

The staff was great and the place was clean and tidy. They just had three people working and the poor girl who worked the front had a broken arm and was trying her best to keep up (which she was- she did Hussle). The food took a while to get to us through no fault of the staff but by the volume of customers. They were very kind and made sure we knew updates on the time frame of our food and the lad working the grill even helped hand out the food he cooked! Now that's a team!My only complaint lies on the food quality.The chicken was fresh and the cheese was amazing but the noodles tasted like they had been sitting in a heated bin and they just spooned it out per customer. My noodles were dry. The sauce was non-existent. Which was something I actually looked forward to because Noodle Co. Has the best Rosé sauce!Overall I'm very happy. I just wish the quality of what they're known for was better.

I love noodles & co but this location always has something in my food I didn’t ask for. I ordered potstickers and there’s a tomato in there with them…I’m not allergic but what if I was and why is there even a tomato in there to begin with???

It was just ok... I haven't been to noodles & company in years ... thought I'd stop by to get a salad. The employees were great. The place wasn't as clean as I would've liked . I ate inside and had to selectively find a table that was clean. It wasn't busy but steady and still no one is wiping down tables. There was also salt on the floor and the ice and snow has been gone this means they haven't swept or mopped in weeks. I still ate my food despite it all and we didn't get sick lol Food was as expected.

The manager who was working on Dec 31st in the early afternoon (woman with long hair in a bun) truly deserves a raise. This is the second time I've been to the store and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Today there was a person outside making me feel unsafe and she made sure I got my food, didn't yell out my name, and made sure I left safe. She read my mind. Thank you to her !!!

Nice service, but had technical issues with their soda fountain. Wasn't working properly for some reason. Other than that, the Japenese pan noodles, butter noodles and impossible panko were all good. Couldn't even tell that it wasn't regular chicken.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for an online order. A family of four was able to receive and eat their entire meals and leave before we got our food, which is ridiculous. Then to make matters worse, when I finally got the food, my noodles weren’t made correctly and the other noodles were cold from sitting up on the counter for so long. Disappointing:|
