This is the slowest place ever!!! Any time I’ve ever been here the orders literally take forever. I’m a dasher and ive always been made to wait at least 15-20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be made and ready to go. The employees are never friendly and act like you are bothering them when you ask how much longer the order will take

I had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut before where they left out items. I called and after dealing with terrible customer service finally got a small amount of store credit. I tried giving them another chance recently and the food was all cold in spite of the claim that it had just come out of the oven. The pizza had almost no sauce on it. The wings had almost no sauce on them. I don’t want more store credit or an apology. I would just advise people to go to a different location. Maybe it will be better. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely rude employee. Took them 1 hour for a pizza, and when I asked she was rude about it. I understand its super bowl and order back up, but I am paying so there is no need to be rude. WONT EVER COME

If I could do 0 stars I would. The customer service is shit, I waited 2 hours for 1 pizza and after the 2 hour wait I was given the wrong pizza and they didn't even try to fix it. Terrible place. Rude workers. Shit overall experience.

Service is awful ( unless it's the short girl) The manager doesn't do anything and has the counter person cutting and boxing the pizzas. It take forever to get your food and it tastes like cardboard. Do not eat here

I've ordered pizza many times from this Pizza Hut and the food is always delicious. My orders always done perfectly. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut for good food and great customer service!

I can't believe the review I posted yesterday has DISAPPEARED!! I will try to replace that masterpiece but something tells me that it won't have the FLARE of the original.I placed a mobile order for this location on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie at 2pm on Wednesday. I got to the restaurant at the designated time and was happy to see that the order monitors said my order was READY. When I was finally acknowledged at the counter, this somewhat clueless woman handed me part of my order out of the warming Station & handed them to me. I stood there as she stared back at me. I informed her that I was still waiting for some of my food as she replied, "yeah...wings." She then turned around and walked away leaving my other food items on the counter. About 3 minutes later another woman (who you could clearly tell had no desire to be there) came up front, put my food items BACK in the warming station to turn around and START TO PREPARE the rest of my order. After standing there for a total of 18 minutes my order was finally handed to me. The unhappy associated didn't thank me, apologize or even attempt to give me an explanation on why it took so long for me to receive my food.How can a business run like this and people still have jobs?? If you're that unhappy or dislike your job that much please QUIT. At least communicate with the people you come into contact with. A greeting or a thank you would have been nice...just saying.As far as the food goes, it was just terrible. Most of my food was damp & cold by time I got it home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant...unless you have a big desire to be DISAPPOINTED.I must say I hate coming here, but I was forced to do so because the Pizza Hut on Park West Drive was OUT OF BONELESS WINGS yet again. But I will save that rant for another time!!!

I ordered a delivery from pizzahut directly. You guys chose to send a doordash driver which is completely fine except that the pizza box didnt come in a deliverybag and there wasn't a seal on the box. No seal means what?You do the math. The pizza looks good but still, anyone can spit or do crazy stuff to the food on the way here.
