This Popeyes needs new management the drive through line is always long food is cold or not correct and the workers always have attitude. Now they make you pay sauces after while they continue to go up on their prices.

We couldn't find a clean table to sit and eatThey had a lot of employees but no one wanted to help I had to repeat myself before the person taking my order answered me the line started to build as we were waiting for our food around five minutes of the customer's waiting to place orders only one employee finally came to help terrible service ?
Went to this location yesterday. Purchased a 3pc tender meal, a classic chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, and medium coke. The sandwiches were disgusting. There were clumbs ontop of clumps of batter, which wasnt even crunchy. It was soggy and there wasn't an actual chicken breast in either sandwich. There were random shreds of chicken in the clumps of batter. If im going to spend that kind of money on fast food, I expect it to be edible. Get your stuff together Popeyes!!

Came around lunchtime on a Saturday, and I had a coupon to use. Management was kind and promptly told me I would need to wait for my chicken. Enjoyed my meal!Parking: Easiest to park around side or back of building

The food and service is good, but their management policies are straight-up dumb. Last time I visited, which was 1 week ago, they added the policy that now you gotta pay for each sauce. Their chicken doesn't come with any sauces, and their tenders come with one. Each sauce after that is 50 cents, which is ridiculous. Won't be going to this location anymore.

Employees are rude, 1 day you can get white meat on the specials they have, the next day you can't. They changed the price on the Tuesday special....Was over charged this day and couldn't get a refund til the next day?
When ordering at the Crain location, I have found a long string of black hair in my food. I took it back to the counter, where I was given a replacement. My concern is this shouldn't have happened twice. This indicates that not washing hands and using hair nets isn't a priority. Also feel that it is a health hazard. It changed my choice of eating at Popeyes.

Online says they close at 11pm, on their website it says they close at 11pm, even the paper taped to their door says they closed at 11pm, but when I showed up at 9:30pm their door was locked.I have no problem with fast food places closing early, but at least reflect that online so you don’t waste people’s time when they order online, pay, and then have to request a refund because you actually closed almost 2 hours earlier.

I NEVER get what I ask for. This visit I checked my bag before I left the parking lot and ONLY ONE of the five orders that I asked for was correct .Two of the orders were supposed to be chicken strips meals and I got wings instead. One of the orders was for spicy strips only but got a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I asked for the four meals with NO drinks and was charged for meals with drinks When I WENT BACK AGAIN....HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN.,.the young man that took my order said that that was what I wanted....AFTER having repeated my order to him SEVERAL times. I like the food but am always disappointed in the service. I usually take my order home in blind faith that I'm getting what I asked for but since I was buying for five people this time I'm glad I checked before I drove all the way home. My order is almost always wrong. Since prices have taken such an increase these days I expect more. Popeyes really needs to improve customer service OVERALL!! One more thing....I use the drive thru because of mobility limitations (both walking and the ability to carry things) and I was asked to come into the store to make the corrections, which I was physically unable to do.Parking: The entire surroundings of the building need A LOT of repairs.
The guy at the window in the drive-thru clearly did not understand English. I gave exact coin value and somehow it got coins back and did not get all of my change that I was due but I was only a few cents off so I let it go. I then had to ask for butter several times and somebody else had to figure out that what he was giving me was not butter. But the food tasted great!
