Absolutely, The worst Popeyes I've ever been to. And we've given it a few chances time and time again. They said they were out of chicken at 7 o'clock pm one night,And I just left there now at 11 when they open at 10 saying they weren't ready. Horrible customer service. And jipped on food portion. Close the branch or DO BETTER

So, today I return back to the Glen Burnie Popeyes restaurant after 6mos. of staying out of that Popeyes (7009) it was awful 6mos. ago the staff was RUDE! , chicken was not Thoroughly cooked ( pink In chicken). Management team was not reprimanding the young stuff for their rudely behavior. So today (2-22-24) same management team, no front cashiers stood at the counter for 15min. before acknowledging the customer in front of me? management team backs were turned ignoring the lobby customers it was 5 including me. Rude manger ( Roy ) wouldn’t make any contact with lobby customers just drive thru only when another staff worker was just walking back a forward with nothing in hands ( rude). This Popeyes is poorly operated by rude and disrespectful management team as well as the staff too the Quality of the food was good I order the Flander fish sandwich w/2 butter biscuits ( freshly warm).

Manager is very rude did a drive threw order they person at the drive threw walked of never finished my order then when I tried to complete my order he told me he had other customers ? like I wasn't even a customer do not go here they don't deserve your business also they are moving from the window taking orders and backing food withe no gloves

I went there yesterday and the night staff was very friendly and attentive, they were very quick and got my order out really fast!, the whole restaurant was very clean and i enjoyed my meal definitely going back to this location.

They give pieces that have been on their tray for days, it's really disgusting.
Food is always cold, always gives wrong condiments, barely gives you any fries with your order and they also are cold. They also bag their drive through items very cheaply . All other locations use boxes and they just dump a tote in a bag and shrivel up one end . Super dissatisfied and won’t return .

It pains me to do this but I have to. I don't usually leave reviews because I just don't care enough and I'm not that picky but enough is enough. This location CONSTANTLY messes up orders. It's like they do it on purpose. What I'm saying is that when you order at the window the correct order displays but they give you the work food. Like how is that even possible? I've been going to this location for three years and they give the wrong items more than they give the correct items. Even with new/different staff members. Like what is it about this location that can't get orders right? I really want to know if it's a systematic thing or just incompetency. Like go somewhere else if you can't do the job or don't want the job. I will literally never go back to this location and tbh they just need to close it down.

The manager on duty told us that corporate doesn't set the hours and we can just cancel our order. when she said she can cancel the order she refused to provide proof of the cancelation. I strongly recommend not ordering from this location after 9
