Have only ordered take out from here but the order was on time, fresh as other potbelly locations usually are, and clean. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a delicious aroma that makes you want to sit down with your to go order and never leave! Definitely look forward to ordering more from this location.Dietary restrictions: You can edit your sandwich as needed!

Never again. Poor quality roast beef. ordered dub meat bec I thought they would be skimpy like stubway. Threw away half the sandwich.

First time going in. I told the employee about food allergies and he told another one, possibly manager, who went and checked all ingredients in the meat.The sandwiches were good, just would have liked a few more details about toppings because I overheard someone else ordering something I wasn't offered. But I do think one employee was new and possibly the other customer was more familiar with the menu.I will go back again.Dietary restrictions: Very good job of checking ingredients for any allergies.

If you come here and the girl with the lgbt rainbow button on her hat takes your order good luck, she was rude and mad she had to make my sandwich even though it’s her literal job lol. Bad customer service experience!

Food is good *if* they actually make it right, but this place is painfully slow. You can order carryout, show up 20 mins after the estimate for pickup, and they still won't have your food for another 10 mins.Would've been faster to just go in and hop in the line to order. I've visited this location four times in the last 2 - 3 weeks and only one time has my order been ready within 5 mins of the estimated time.Just took 45 mins to finish my order and when I got home to eat it was missing ALL condiments I requested (mayo, onions, lettuce, double cheese). It didn't even have any cheese on it at all. Wild stuff.

Probably the closest thing you will find around here to a real sub style sandwich. Fresh ingredients. They do have Serrano hot peppers giardiniera style. Excellent addition to any sub. They are a little spicy. A solid choice. Wish they had more sides to choose from. Food is made in front of you. Service is fast. They run the sandwich through the toaster conveyer belt, which is very important. Other places like Jersey Mike's fail to toast the bread. Big mistake. If a place doesn't toast the bread, I won't eat there.

Customer service was not the best. Seems like they are all in a rush. They rush so much that they ring you up for the wrong thing at the register. I had oil from my other sandwich all over my flatbread. Do not recommend.

I never leave reviews but the food and customer service was so horrible that I need to , my food was drenched in sauce that is leaked out of the bag into the car , and the customer service was horrible the little girl with the blonde highlights behind the counter constantly rushing you when clearly I just walked in and was unsure what I wanted .. they sneak while making your food and whisper among each other like how unprofessional ( hire better employees pls you have lost my family’s service )

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Last night, 5/24/23, I tried this restaurant for the first time. For starters, I had to ask the employees to change their gloves. There should be no reason for employees wearing gloves, then touching random things (INCLUDING clean up items), and then handling customer's food. Gross!!! I purchased a sub and decided to eat in the car. This was after I'd left the store after and I made a few more errands. By this time the store was closed. Halfway through my sub, I turned the lights on in my car and discovered a long piece of hair IN THE MIDDLE of my sub. I called the shop today to inform them of the situation. They offered me a refund or a store credit. Seeing how I'd never eat here again, I opted for the refund. Unfortunately, I did not get a receipt. They inform me that they have no way of looking up orders from the previous night without a receipt in order to refund me. I've worked several retail jobs (food, grocery, etc) and I've never heard of such an issue. Anyways, I lost out on $11, but I learned to turn the light on, get a receipt, and never visit this restaurant again. Besides, the half of sub that I had wasn't even that enjoyable.....Jersey Mike's is way better.

It isn't often that I want a this kind of sandwich but when I do, Potbelly is my go-to place! I'm a big fan of the Wreck and the sugar cookies but the thing I crave is the hots. For me, that makes the sandwich next level There's nothing fancy about the place. Very simple menu. Just place your order and wait for it to come out the other side of the oven all toasty & melted, it's perfect every time!

Went to this potbelly location and had a horrible experience the staff was not listening to what was wanted I ordered a pick your pair with a sandwich and a chilly the person yelled out cup of chilly but when I got up to the counter the employee asked if that was it and I said yes but was thinking she got the chilly and when I said something about it she said we’ll u said that was it and I said I thought u rang up the chilly as a pick your pair with the sandwich and tried to make me pay more for it as a separate item instead of a pick your pair so I pay more for it so I said Nevermind on the chilly and was irritated cause when I got there they had the deli meat sitting on the counter and had no napkins out for us to use and I never got a receipt with my order idk if I will come back to this place for all of the inconvenience doesn’t sounds like a good healthy running establishment. I feel like it could have been handled differently
