Service is terrible - specially person who wouldn’t give me his name or customer service contact - after pressing, he later said “Chris” - if he was telling the truth. I was simply trying to use the email coupon provided by corporate after completing a survey and he very rudely refused it. I received the survey after placing an online order and coupon was sent via email. Corporate needs to get this location in line.

I ordered at 8:35pm online , they close at 9pm. I was literally out front at 8:45-8:50pm. Soon as I pulled up they cancelled my order. Then I walked in and they said sorry we are closed. No y’all are not closed until 9PM! Not 8:30, not 8:45 and NOT 8:58 YALL CLOSE AT 9 PM! SMH I work in a food place as well I know exactly how it goes you accept every Order until the time you close at 9PM , y’all didn’t wanna do your job tonight and was being lazy. SMH plus I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant so I really feel a certain way!

Requested Pesto Chicken Sandwich to be heated well. Confirmed with cashier. Also, I don’t like to send food back. So once again confirmed with him to make sure food was hot WHILE ORDERING. Chicken came back luke warm and cheese wasn’t even melted. Threw it right in the bag, packed up, and walked out. Had to wait to get home to the air fryer. Don’t know about you, but prefer my chicken cooked and cooked thoroughly. Did the survey expressing my experience. Was contacted by a lady (Judy) and she explained my request couldn’t be done because of the type of oven. Ummmm actually it can and I’ve had my food in the oven at different locations longer to ensure it’s hot. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE, unless you want barely cooked chicken. Go right ahead. You’ve been warned.Update Feb 5, 2024. The owner, not sure if it’s the same lady (Judy) that contacted me after I submitted the survey, has tried to “make it right,” I appreciate it, but no thanks. Judy should have tried that before I publicly made the post about my experience!

Usually my favorite spot, don't know what happened today, the Smoothie was watery, tasteless and had clumps of peanut butter pieces in it. Went back again to date, this new guy, just do not know how to make smoothies, Period, the smoothie was tasteless. Won't be going bk , to this

I was back in Maryland for the Holidays and my Grandson wanted to go to Tropical Smoothie. We pulled into the drive thru and waited and waited when finally someone came on the microphone we started our order, grilled cheese"answer, we don't have it this went on for several different menu options. At the end of it all, 3 smoothies and just at $25 dollars. Don't bother with with place they have little clue on customer service.

I love tropical smoothie I barely get to have it since I’m stationed overseas. Today I had to ask the girl upfront that the young lady making my smoothie wash her hands because she was coughing all over them. She looked back and watched her cough on her hands again and then told me to be fair she has a condition.. idc what she got she need to wear a mask then. My sister watched her cough over two other peoples smoothie.

They are rude as hell in here y'all. I ordered via app and walk in this morning 930 immediately saying an audible good morning. 2x BLANK STARES. I get to the counter after checking the pick up cubby. "Good morning"... nothing, again! Lmao this is hilarious to me bc every survey from this company asks "we're you greeted?".."we're you thanked?" ... the answer is NO. Lol I will not be checking for this location unless I'm stopping at Navy Fed down the street. I absolutely hate that this location leaves all smoothies out in room temp instead of refrigeration. Very ghetto, would not recommend.

ive worked in food service for forever and never once have i had a customer complain about foreign objects left in their food. sometimes accidents happen but the way the handled the situation was entirely wrong. i ordered from here on doordash like i do almost every single morning and get the same thing every single morning. however this time i received both of my smoothies completely melted on top of that when i bit into the chicken quesadilla i had to put out a plastic from my mouth. when i called they didnt even apologize they just said sometimes our gloves fall into the food. im sorry what??? never have i ever or would i ever tell a customer that wtf? if your gloves are coming off into the food that's disgusting. worst thing is it wasnt even a glove its clearly something from like packaging or something
