Received an extremely small amount of both as if they were running out. I will not be going back. I should have stayed with my first thought. Five Guys will be my next stop. Wendy's has been going down for a while now. It was my go to place in the 90's. Not anymore. Wendy's, you have to do better.

Do they only take one order at a time? A lady came in with about 100 different items taking 2 different people to help her check out and they didn’t take anyone else’s order until they had hers ready. Seems inefficient as the line starting backing up when many people. I feel for the workers but the system doesn’t make sense.

Sunday the 14th was not a good day for this Wendy's. After ordering and leaving the drive thru, I get 15 minutes away before I was able to eat my Asiago chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be regular chicken, but it was spicy. After finishing my errands, I went back. Went in to exchange it, but what they gave was a spicy regular chicken sandwich. Again, I found this out after I had left the business. I called the business to see if the problem was that they were our of regular chicken. After 7 calls spread out through time, even this morning, there was no answer, and sometimes, the phone just was disconnected. The reason for me asking this as we ordered the drinks we were told the only soft drink they had was cherry coke, so we chose tea. I don't eat spicy things because of health issues. They really need to be more careful. However, I will not be using this Wendy's anymore as the service to replace and respond lacked quality for serving customers.Dietary restrictions: No spicy foods.

Woman at the drive thru was impatient and rude. They forgot part of our order and gave no dressing with our salads. Both of the chicken sandwiches we ordered were raw, didn’t realize til after my dad had eaten one. He was sick all night and today.

My visit on 6/19/21 was not good. Nothing in my order is right. I had to go back through the drive thru because I was missing items but now that I'm home and I opened up my bags, the food is missing items (pub fries missing the bacon, burgers missing the tomatoes, etc)Update 3/8/24 the restaurant has a nice remodel but the service is so slow. It took over 30 minutes to go through the drive thru.

I guess ALL of the wendys In our area are slow.It should NOT take 15 to 30 min to get through a drive thru for "FAST FOOD".Also super super over priced. At least at the other restaurants, their burger would fill me up for a few hours. 15 for JUST 2 burgers. No thanks. Won't be coming back.
Don’t order from here at all. In person, drive thru, DoorDash, UberEats or even their app. They don’t know what the h€ll they’re doing and most of the time your orders get cancelled or someone steals your orders. It takes about an hour and a half just to get your order too.
