I live right around the corner from this location , so it is super convenient. The problem is that the last 3 times I went through the drive through it took OVER a half hour each time. They would take one person's order and then have everyone else in line wait, until the finished the other person's order. They wouldn't even TAKE your order until the person I. Front of you ordered, paid, and got their food and left.Absolutely THEE WORST service I have EVER had at ANY "fast food" restaurant. Close by or not, I will NEVER go to this establishment again. EVER!!!

I got rushed through the drive-thru and there wasn't nobody in the building or at the drive thru I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered my food... Of course they was out of some of the sodas... Sorry to say this Wendy's crew don't be upset when the non-american crew come there and clean that place up and take your jobs..
My husband and I grabbed lunch from here on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I had the son of baconator, classic chicken sandwich and small french fry. My husband had a small hamburger. The sandwiches looked a little sad compared to the online photos. However, the son of baconator tasted good. The chicken sandwich was okay, but had some strange flavors going on with it. The french fries were bland. The food was hot. Service was quick, but the cashier was not the nicest.

I have pulled away from the drive thru previously. There were only 2 cars in front of me tonight so, I decided to wait. Never again! Over 30 minutes just to get to the speaker to place my order. The Staff is not friendly or professional! No greeting, thank you or even an apology for the extremely long delay.I work in Customer Service. Good service equals return customers! Customers are important… we depend on them! It pays our bills!

Terrible service, food, and staff. The people here are lazy, and prepare ordered terrible. Management needs to step up because I won't order here anymore. Everytime, I order here it's something different every time. The drive thru has no structure. The employees are unorganized, and careless and no manners. The food was disgusting. Cold. And my orders are messed up each time.
