The food is below average to average and the customer service is bad; unprofessional It's overpriced too. I have patronized this specific 'Dat Jerk' numerous times. I have ordered meals from them online and they forgot items, side dishes, etc. The cashiers don't pay attention to detail and appear as if they just want to rush through their work shift, leave work ASAP, and get a pay check. I am not going here again and recommend you don't either!

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered my food around 11:50 and didn't get it until close to 2pm. Why was that? Well supposedly the first ordered went to the wrong driver then when I got the food the fries were cold and didn't get our beef patty and drink. Food was alright but had to be on the phone with the third party delivery to make sure it was coming. Last time I will be ordering from them.

The staff at this location was good, but the quality of the food was a problem. I ordered 2 salads and the lettuce on the salads was old and the spring mix and spinach were wilted. We had to pick a lot of it out. The meat however was flavorfully and tasty. The 2 side orders were tasty as well. As far as atmosphere, the floors were sticky and needed a good cleaning. The glass partition also needed to be cleaned. Overall, a little cleaning and attention to the food would have changed the whole experience.

A Pleasant attitude when serving the public brings them back, while an unpleasant attitude does the opposite. Wake up! Love to support Black Business but you got to do better toward customers if you want their continued patronage.

Food is always great at dat jerk. I couldn't get her name cause i felt it would be an argument. Big girl at the front. Real stinky too. Definitely didn't eat the oxtails i ordered. Her attitude made me fell like she did something to it. Otherwise I'd give this spot a 5. Oh and you get more food at the one in Waldorf.

The food is decent but the service could be better. There’s often a long wait time even when it’s seemingly not very busy or there are very few people in the restaurant. It’s always confusing why they take your order at the food counter, recording it on the plate, when it would take less time to just make the order on the spot.On my last visit, the person making the orders did more talking than serving. I felt very uncomfortable watching her hold a plate of food in her hand while she talked over it for several minutes. Not sure if she realized the order was cancelled or not but she then proceeded to pour the contents of the plate back into pans.I was very disappointed in my last visit.
