If I could give no stars, I would. The food was good, but about 20 minutes later I had terrible diarrhea. I called the restaurant and spoke with Shimul, the Manager, to let him know what happened to me. I asked him if I could get my money back. He told me, "No." I asked if there was anything he could do for my inconvenience. He said, "No." I told him I had a witness to what I experienced. He stated there was nothing he could do. I will never go back to this restaurant.

I know it happens everywhere but, to see the staff in the back eating while preparing food blows tf outta me. Please talk to your staff and make sure they out the way

The India lady was very nasty because my order was done wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that I'm going to take the wrong order because it's already cooked. I politely decline and asked her to remake the pizza. She then proceeds to ask me about the current pizza that has been made. I tell her I don't know what she is going to do with the incorrect pizza but I would like what I ordered. She then says something to the India men in the back and they remake my order. Once my order comes she says "HERE" give me the pizza very aggressively. Let's just say I won't be back.

use to always go to the Ritchie station Ledos until I ordered from this location! best pizza ever and always fresh. first pizza restaurant not afraid to add cheese after covid. my family is addicted to this place now.

Not sure, what's up with the bad reviews. But, I ventured out tonight to grab a pizza and my pizza was just being boxed as I came into the store, so it was hot and picture perfect. All the ingredients for the salad were fresh, crisp and tasty. From the time I placed the order over the phone, to the checkout process I received great customer service. Happy to have Ledo's around the corner :)

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. They were kind to my children, patient over the phone, and greeted us with friendly personalities and smiles. The food is excellent as normal. The inside and outside was clean. There was music playing as well.

Have patronized this Ledos one time before and food and service were good.Had a chance to visit again and was very very pleased with the visit.We were having a bunch of friends over last Saturday. So my Wife ordered 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings from the Ledo’s in Vista Gardens on Friday with the manager.On Saturday about a half hour before our friends were to arrive, my Wife went to pick up the order. Not only did Vista Gardens not have our order ready but the manager she placed the order with on Friday never entered it into the system.My Wife was very very irritated about this and asked the staff, who by the way knows her as a regular customer, to speak to the manager.She was told that the manager was in the back. The manager would not come out to talk to her. She was told that they could not fill the order at that time. Wife was very very angry about this and left.So I called Ledos Woodmore and asked how long would it take them to do 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings? The lady on the phone who I assume was the manager, said “15 minutes.”I gave her my name, said thanks and I will be there is 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I get a call while on my way from the lady letting me know my order was ready.I arrived to the store and my order of 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings we were ready and piping hot. I ordered additional Ranch dressing and the lady I spoke to threw one in for free.I asked her how in 15 minutes and she said “in 15 minutes.” Too good to be true right? Checked my order and the wings were done and everything was on point.We were regulars at the Vista Garden Ledos but after the bad experience we had there and the great experience at Woodmore, it is now our favorite Ledos.Matter of fact we just ordered their last night. Great!!!
