Wings were over cooked hard to chew and bland. The fries were under and overcooked. The containers they use for the fries encloses all of the heat so it makes the fries soggy. The chicken strips are good though

Not sure I'll be back. The customer service was the highlight for me. The young lady was so cordial but I wish I could say the same for my food. I only ordered wings and fries playing it safe for my first time. Even though my food was hot , everything was bland and slightly burnt. My wings were fried hard ( not that I asked for them to be) but no flavor and my fries were burnt like they were sitting for a while. I've had better at local carry outs. Didn't even finish eating it. Maybe next time I'll try something else and hope it's better before I stop supporting.

I’ve been coming for a while now looks like the staffing as changed again but the last 3 times I’ve order from here I ask if my fries be cooked extra crispy and said yes but not one time have they done it and also I’m big on customer service and manners but if I’m saying thank you your welcome I think it should be reciprocated they just go back to being on phone largo location is better

Came here with a good friend who is a fellow chicken wing lover! WE WERE IMPRESSED! Service was FAST (esp during the lunchtime rush) and their wings are FULLL of flavor. The spices, texture and variety of choices of types of wings available are THE BEST! It's not fancy - very casual.. but, most of the best places are this way. They are putting their ALL into these wings and the value is WONDERFUL for what you get. So, while you are out doing your holiday shopping at Woodmore, be sure to come by for a bite! I Knowwwww you'll not be disappointed!

Customer service was awful. The girl taking the order acted like she didn’t want to be there. The sprite tastes terrible, syrup needs to be replaced in the machine. All of the tables were dirty. Got my order; half moon dust wings and half jerk. There was no difference in the taste and the taste was minimal since there was barely any seasoning. Not sure if they’re running out of seasoning but everything was bland, but it was hot.

The whole wings were delicious, love the sauce! Fries could have been crispier but were the right amount of salty for me. The sweet potato fries were not crispy to me, I had to throw some in the oven (hence why half the box is empty) but once they were crispy, they were delicious. I'd give it a 7/10 for my first time

Okay so this was my first and last time here. I got myself the wings & onion ring combo. My food taste like everything was fried in old oil. My onion rings were soft and stale. The chicken was dry and old.

It was so loud I couldn't even hear what the person next to me was saying. I've never had this issue here before, the Wings are great but you will lose a customer if this continues.Kid-friendliness: Inappropriate music playing, so not very kid friendly.
