I usually have a good experience at this location but this Saturday afternoon was my worst experience encountered with Rosa. For her attitude and pure lack of customer service, I won't be returning to this Subway location, and if you ask her, she could care less. In customer service, if you make a mistake, you simply apologize and make it right for the customer, but this woman Rosa prefers to belittle, mistreat and lie. I went to this subway at 8:43 pm and the a lady standing at the counter told me that we are closed. I checked the sign displayed on the door and it said 10:00pm. I said if you are closed why is the door open and other ppl inside. The lady became rude and told me to get out, we closed.I went back the next day to talk with a manager and some guy (who I know dont care) that I was treated this way told me he was the manager.
