Good afternoon, I'm so disappointed in Good Jerry. I order 5 wings and fried rice and the rice was hard and old. My chicken wings was old as well. I tried calling to get a refund or some type of credit and they told me no. The sad thing about this is that I order from them all the time, but I don't know what happen today. They have lost me as a customer. Date 1-17-2024.

I can't give no stars except 1 which they don't deserve! First and foremost they don't follow your instructions to your medical diet! Secondly, when you pay $45 for your order by card and you tip the driver $ 8 in tip and they charge your card to tip him him $16 is fraud! I asked him for my receipt he said "no receipt" I ask so where fo I sign, he said " no sign" so you steal from me? I went to contact the BBB God forbid their open to make a complaint when needed! I will get to the bottom of this because yall are using baby shrimp and charging extra for it when not giving it, just the regular amount. I made it very clear I cannot have spicy food but you made it spicy where other carryouts dont...I can go on and on about this because this is not the first time you have scam me but God forbid people have faith months later in yall! u will get every cent I spent on yall back because I am tired of yall scamming hard working people!!Dietary restrictions: They don't care about your dietary/medical restrictions as long as they get your money and rip u off the same tip u give you give in cash on your card

2 years ago this was one of the best carryouts in the area but since then it's the worst the combination lo mein had four small shrimp in it two small skinny strips of chicken and no pork it was mostly noodles and fried

Worst delivery of my life. The woman was rude, she said it takes time to deliver orders. Normally it takes 30 min. She was a rude horrible woman. She does not belong in food service. What an awful woman!!!!!!!!!!

Overall I would say the food was alright. It was very filling, at first I thought the portion was quite small but overall it filled me up well and the price was pretty good too! I wish the menu had the prices listed for the items to make it easier to understand.

Welp, I'm the dummy for coming back. Avoid this place at all costs. Besides from them being racist, they have no common sense customer service skills. I went in today to place an order and usually the common sense rule is to take care of the line in front of you. but no, the dingbat preferred to make the phonecalls a priority and keep people waiting. Being that their food is not the best, it's hit or miss, I decided I wasn't going to wait, be disrespected or treated like a 2nd class citizen, as if my $ isn't green. I left and I'm glad I did. Went right next door to America's Best Wings. The service is friendlier and the food is much tastier. Leave Good Jerry alone! They don't care about us, they exploit us, treat us like cr_p and could care LESS about how they treat us!
