I recently visited Greenbelt IHOP, and I was amazed by the exceptional service and delicious food. (Take out) Despite the restaurant being crowded, the service was speedy 25 mins. Frank and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My office food order was hot and delicious. I highly recommend IHOP to anyone looking for good food and service.

20 min wait after being sat down and the only reason we got a server was because another table pointed us out to staff. Pretty much ruined the entire experience this morning. Never going to another IHOP again for sure.

The music was good. The initial greeter was nice and welcoming. However, our server was very slow, and once we received our food, we didn't see him again until I went looking for him for the check. Never check back to make sure we were okay or to ask if anything was needed.

Server was really good, but our food came up to 36.00 for two pancakes eggs, tost senior, eggs. Toast two pancakes??? Food was cold and nasty.
