One of the most disappointing kbbq experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't even call it a kbbq restaurant. IT IS NOT. The moment we sat down and were served FORKS instead of chopsticks, I knew we were at the wrong place. I had to ask for chopsticks! WTH. Additionally, I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager, but he was "helping" with one of the grills that we were using. He was "cooking" the pork belly and while it still needed more cooking time, he told my sister in law that it was already cooked. She could definitely see that the meat was still raw. It was pale! He also kept lowering and increasing the fire while the meat was still cooking. I get it when the meat is cooked and you're not ready for the next set of raw meat, but the pork was still getting cooked! He honestly needs to review his Servsafe certification. He might learn some things about food safety. I guess he was offended when we didn't agree to him trying to get us sick from the raw meat that he left the table and gave us an attitude about it. He never came back to our table (thank God!) and I requested from the other server that we would just cook everything in one grill. I will NEVER recommend this place if you want an authentic Korean bbq experience. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Hidden gem in Greenbelt! Food has the potential to be a 10/10 but some are under seasoned and lacking flavor. That’s not to say it’s bad at all! In combo with the sauces and sides they offer we had a really yummy meal. Spicy bulgogi and the thing cut pork belly(ask for the spicy sauce to cook it with) were so good! Rice cakes (pictured below) were crazy good!

The service is nice but the meat quality is very low. I and my friend could easily notice the bad smell from unmarinated (cooked) meat. We both had upset stomachs after the meal

The food is okay. It a perfect place for people who don't know what korean food os like. The bulgogi was okay the drinks were mediocre at best. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best.Parking: Nice size parking lot. Just alot of Cara. It is a Friday night

The food is very tasty. Although, the meal portions came out at very different times. We cooked and finished the chicken and scallops at our table. Way after we were done, the kimchi rice came out. It will make good leftovers, but we definitely would have preferred it during the rest of the meal.

Upon entering, the place gives off a decent atmosphere with Kpop music playing and neon lights lit in Hangul. After being sat, we were able to view the menu via QR code and then placed our order. They served us banchan that seemed like a decent spread. We had to ask for chopsticks from two different servers before we could begin eating. They were quick to get the food out to us but then only came by very seldomly to our table. We had to ask them for the most basic of items that come standard in most Korean restaurants (such as sesame oil or gochujang). The tiny bowls of rice that came with our meal were half filled. When we asked for more, we were charged an additional $2.50 for another half scoop of rice. While my wife and I were dining, we noticed the gentleman that initially sat us and took our order was very attentive and jovial when making his rounds to all the tables but ours. It was laughable hearing him tell the table next to us how they want to make sure everyone has a great dining experience as they blatantly disregard our presence. We were eventually able to flag someone down to get our check.Overall, the food was subpar due to them using cheap cuts and not properly marinating the meats. The service was an absolute joke. They made my wife and I feel alienated. If you're seeking an authentic Korean meal, this is not it.

The food was great!! It all tasted wonderful especially the soybean soup. Mark our server was absolutely incredible, we all had a great time. It wasn't very crowded in there so we had a good quiet table to the side. Everything was perfect. We are definitely coming back soon!

Had a particularly pleasant experience here with my family. The ambience was inviting, loved the music videos, but best of all, not only was the food great but the service was exceptional. Our waitress/chef was Natalie. She was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly.

The food was mediocre and the service was bad. I ordered the corn cheese and it took over 20 minutes for them to even know that it was missing. There's no accountability and there is no attentiveness within the service. The management does nothing to resolve any issues. I expected more from a place like this. I'm highly disappointed with the service that I got, and I genuinely do not recommend this business to anyone at all. If I could give it below one star, I would this place was highly unsatisfactory. For a place that prides himself on quality service. I am saddened to say that there is no promise of that in this establishment the individuals here are lazy when I went, there was only two or three tables and two active servers. However, they went and did their side work, and ate food instead of taking care of me, and the other fellow guest in the building, they were negligent and neglectful of the customers, and very very un attentive
