I like Lido’s pizza and you certainly make it delicious.I ordered the Greek salad with the sliced lamb meat combination like they do off the spit to make a gyro. The meat was dry as it tasted as though it had been standing and not freshly sliced off the spit. It was so horrible. I had to drive back and return it.

Best pizza for a good price and the best customer service,with aim to pleasing the customer if you have a problem or an un added left out ingredient,it was delicious and hot I tried to take the pizza before I ate a slice as you can see I had to eat it!!!

Briana the cashier had the nastiest attitude. When i asked for a supervisor i got told with an attitude boss and supervisor was not there. I wanted a refund for my online order I no longer wanted the food because my order sat and nobody started it yet & was told it would be a 20 min wait. I'm just disturbed about my treatment and being denied a refund.

I'm not sure what's going on with this particular location, but the restaurant smells like a bathroom. There are chairs in disarray to block the dining area, and the walls are dirty. The lights are low. I placed the order, and once I arrived, I wanted to ask for a refund based on the odor from opening the door.

Have always loved Ledo's pizza but today I got chicken fettuccine Alfredo and one 2 pieces of chicken and 3 florets very disappointedV
The food here is prepared properly and it tastes awesome and it is Affordable

I ordered a pizza and butter pasta. The container was not closed all the way and spilled all in the plastic bag and dropped over my car seat and the pizza box. I called Mr. spearman at the store who was rude, sarcastic and wanted me to bring in the pasta from yesterday that was all over the bag. I will be following up.

They apparently do not open until 12 on Sunday. I had placed an order online for an 11:30 pick up time (the website said they opened at 11). I started heading down around 11:20 and that’s when I received a call from one of the employees. She was the only one in the store and that they technically don’t open until 12pm so she’s not sure how I was able to order. She said she would try her best to get the order done before 12. She was very polite over the phone and in person. There were 2 other people inside waiting for their food when I arrived at 12 and she handled it like a boss. The food was delicious

Not a great Experience. Employee was rude and seemed bothered by us ordering in the restaurant and not online and continued to repeat that the dining area was closed. Food was hot but nothing stood out to garner a return visit.
