I ordered a pizzas and a Pepsi. I received my pizzas and not my drink. I made multiple calls to the location and the phone just rings with no answer and then hangs up you. This isn't the first time that I have ordered from this location and somethings goes wrong with the order. I will not be ordering anymore. Very poor customer service

Despite the negative reviews I continued to patronize this location NEVER AGAIN! Let me start with, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE DAYS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? Single parent, I ordered my daughter a small cheese pizza it came up to $13+, no mentions of the special for a large pizza 1topping $10.99 anywhere! With inflation every little bit helps!I asked if anything could be done to adjust the order in anyway and what I got back was attitude saying, “my manager said to purchase another pizza because it was your fault!”! They clearly do not believe in customer service or trying to keep loyal customers that patronize them, what would it have taken to simply adjust an order for a loyal customer? FORMER LOYAL CUSTOMER, I will no longer recommend to my non-profit to utilize them for catering the kids events as well! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!

Very stupid employees so rude this smacked the pizza on the floor and started screaming like a crazy lady and crazy man. I asked them to put my bike inside and they were so rude about it and they said no and then I asked I told them what if it gets deals and they said it’s not my problem, they’re so rude. Do not order from this Papa John's restaurant. I am only one mile away from the restaurant and yet they took 45 minutes after the pizza was already on its way for delivery. They only had 2 orders to deliver. I tried to call to cancel and I was hung up on. I called back and I said "You cannot hang up on me." The female who answered the phone the second time says," I just did." upon the third call nobody answered the phone. I refused the food at the door because it had been in the driver's car for almost an hour and I knew it would be cold. I left a complaint on the corporate office with request for full refund we will see if they call back. I did not accept the food and I want my money back. I will never order from this place again. They need to fire all of the rude ignorant people who hang up and will not even let you cancel a order.

Things are bad when you patronize a store in your neighborhood and you get bad service. Why do they think they can stay open. I ordered a Garden bowl off the website and thought I pressed no cheese called to have it rectified and they said it was my fault and there was nothing they can do. My recite did not say cheese but they refused to correct the issue. This is unacceptable and they will never get my money again. I hope none else goes here either.

Please do not patronize the Greenbelt Papa John's. I called the store to order pizzas. I informed them that I was using an official Papa John's fundraising card. I asked for the price of the stuffed crust pizza and the person on the phone gave me the wrong price. She quoted me a price higher than what it was. When I went to the store to pick up the pizzas, I informed her that the price was inaccurate. The fundraiser card is a buy one get one free. I purchased two pizzas and was supposed to receive two free. Again, the price was not accurate. When she printed out the receipt, they only discounted the pizza $35 not instead of half. She refused to fix the problem. They do not honor fundraiser cards and will give you an inaccurate total to scam the consumer. This store is horrible.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I was in this papa johns today with my husband. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I ask the young lady a question about tap and pay I was told to read the screen. I also ask her a question about a special. This young lady was so rude and disrespectful to me. I walked out and told her to cancel my order. She replied good. Please don’t purchase from this location.
Ordered delivery. Food arrived on time, and it was delicious. Love the spicy butter sauce! Order was missing my beverages, but the manager on duty had them delivered. Big props for making it right. Thank you!
