I've noticed that I have been getting cheated when I purchase fruit bowls from the Greenbelt location. They don't fill up to the top like the Largo location. I found out today that they are cutting corners and committing fraud because wht I purchase and receive is not like the picture.

I use to come here a lot, this is now the worst location around. Nonchalant passive aggressive employees that don't know what they're doing. I don't believe that this location's ingredients are always fresh. My smoothie tastes sour with a weird after taste. Do not order ahead of time, they put your smoothie in the fridge for it to turn into water while every other location stores your smoothie in the cooler. Manager does nothing. Please get new management in here with new employees or shut this location down.

After years of being a customer here, so often I'd spend almost $100 or over each month, I am officially done with you all.The purpose of having the app is to be able to pick up in a reasonable time frame. On MAY TWENTY THIRD OF THIS YEAR, almost FIVE MONTHS AGO, I came in before work to grab a smoothie I had pre ordered 20 minutes before hand. Just for them to tell me they did not have the ingredients to make it, or the means to be able to contact me before my arrival as to inquire what to swap out the missing ingredients with. So I had to leave for work.The employee insisted she was unable to issue my refund and that I would have to call the company. This is ridiculous as another location was able to issue a refund no problem over the phone after a delivery order I had made never showed up.Then began months and months of writing and calling over ONE REFUND. When it should have been two really, because I was then left to have to pay for a delivery charge so I could get that smoothie that I was counting on as a means to sustain myself at work that day. I had nothing else to eat.Months have gone by. No employees, no managers, and not anyone from corporate has called me back. This has been absolutely infuriating and you've lost my business and an incredible amount of money because of it. I'm so dissapointed, angry and annoyed at the time I've spent trying to have this one small issue mended. Have some respect for your customers. Especially the ones that give you as much business as I have. I have no problem continuing to post about this issue and letting my friends and family know my experience, so that their time isn't wasted either.I can get down with Tropical Smoothie Cafe!Honoring my integrity and giving my money to places that are caring & competent tastes way better anyway.

I drink smoothie king everyday but this greenbelt location is a nightmare. One of the severs called micheal( a black guy with dreadlocks)is the most rude individual I have ever seen in America. The location uses extremely low quality straws. We drew Michael's attention to the low quality straws which makes it difficult to consume the smoothie. This guy ordered us out of the store saying that straw is cost effective for them and they will keep using it. I told him he has little interest in this business and that is why he doesn't care . You can see from the picture how the cup strangles the straw.

I see exactly why this place has negative reviews. I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store 15mins after. Upon arriving, my order hadn’t even been started on and walk-in orders were steadily being made. The purpose of ordering ahead is for the convenience so that I don’t have to wait. Will not be returning.

Poor customer service.This location owes me two refunds. Left 3 messages and talked to three different store employees.Both refunds due were from 5/23/23 almost two weeks ago now.

Worst experience. Wouldn't have been that horrible if this location would clean product containers and properly train employees. My smoothie was entirely too thick to drink thru the straw and nothing is worse then chunks of ice in your unblended smoothie. Make them watch the blend videos! They teach everything you need to know to blending the perfect smoothies!

The attendants here are really nice, friendly and knows how to make an amazing smoothie.I recommend signing up for the membership to get perks like "upgrade" Fridays.
