My daughter and I have been frequent visitors to this location while we have been staying in the area, visiting DC. The baristas here are the BEST! So friendly, so helpful, so genuinely kind! We are truly sad to move on! Hope we get an opportunity to circle back around someday! We will miss hanging out here while we charge our devices! I feel like I am leaving friends behind!

I paid almost $8 for a sweet watered down coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot with an extra shot of coffee. What I received was a sweetened hot cup of water.

The space is not clean that much compared to the other Starbucks in the area. The chairs aren’t comfortable for a long sit. The barista refused to make the adjustment to the coffee and told me to place a new order.

Not the friendliest Starbucks location! Definitely not one of my usual stores, but I was nearby and stopped in one day after running errands.The line was long, but it moved quickly. Ordered a caramel brulee latte. It wasn't that great. Ehhh! The service wasn't good either. Parking is tight in this busy shopping center. I don't really see myself returning anytime soon.

The chairs in the place are extremely uncomfortable, not a place you want to spend a lot of time. I only lasted 30 minutes and had to leave. Please get better chairs.

I had my regular hot white mocha with a lil razzle dazzle customization. We also had a butter croissant and cheese danish. The danish was great. The croissant was toasted properly as well. I don't recall staff greeting us, we just stood in line waiting. The food and drinks came out in a normal timely manner. There was an awkward exchange with the male staff member (tall male, long straight black hair). His comments regarding summer's hair seemed inappropriate and racially biased. That was terribly unprofessional.

The worst customer service ever. Preordered drink pick-up wasn't ready when promised, no big deal ...it happenes However when it's 10mins+ beyond the presented pickup time and a customer politely inquires on the status and receives a sarcastic and nasty response, oh that's a major problem. Not sure if Alyssa is a manager or not, claimed to be, however she's rude, disrespectful, and some more. Unfortunately I allowed her to push a button and somewhat returned rude for rude, not good on my part. The entire team, with the exception of the young man that was on the register should be fired. All were immature and totally unprofessional. One had his pants hanging down exposing his underwear, just a hot mess. Never ever have I experienced such ...Starbucks you have to do better. I understand that it maybe hard to find good help these days however we're are the standards???On another note, went past the Vista Gardens location, what a delightful experience ...maybe their employees can train the gang of misfits at the Greenbelt store. And yes, I reported this behavior to corporate, hopefully someone can look at the cameras on 10/13. Wishing them well...and lots of training!!!

Small shop, but a few tables and decent atmosphere. Usually good service. Few stocking issues. Short wait time and they're on top of their mobile & walk in orders.Of course, the one time I had to (very politely) take back an incorrect drink, the associate I spoke with was patronizing and rude. They did put in a new order for me, and the second time around, it was perfect! But the straight-up gaslighting over a frozen coffee (the first iteration of which clearly contained 0% coffee) ?‍♀️ was weird and off-putting. Why act like this? I don't even think they were the one to make the original drink.I'll certainly still come back. It just might take me a minute to brush off that interaction.All the other employees have been friendly, and overall, it's usually a good experience! I could eat the pumpkin bread w/ pepita seeds every day. ???The bathroom could be cleaner ? but it's not the worst ever. (The code for the door is 12345!)
