This place did not care about anything I have a famly and they gave me like 5 packets of ketchup the ketchup dispenser was not working this is my second time coming here and I was bad the first time this place does not care about anything and I got a chicken sandwich the classic no lettuce and they still messed it up its unbelievable and I think this place needs to get there whole franchise up

Everything was really good. My wife got the chicken strips and I was actually impressed with them. The Arby's cheddar melt was good as always and I love the curly fries. This was all around a very good location.
Arby's has come a long way in the last ten years. This specific location in Hagerstown is good. The employees are amazing. The problem I have with this location is food quality and consistency. Some days ita amazing with no issues. Then the following day it will be awful and cold.

Arby is so underrated. I just visited just for some jalapeno poppers, which were delicious as always, but ended up leaving with their new mac and cheese bites, too, which were the best I've ever had. They were crispy on the oustide and hot, creamy, and cheesy on the inside.Their food is always fresh, and they are constantly bringing out new and innovative options.

The guy with black curly hair thinks it is funny to hand out sandwiches with NO meat in them! I called to ask for a refund and he said I need to come to the store in person with my credit card ! (I am in the midst of moving to a new home, I do NOT have time for this ridiculousness.) I would like the $20 dollars refunded for my meal (if I need to avoid all Arby's indefinitely to get the refund, it would only improve my waistline.)
They will SCREW YOU just for fun… leaving out the meat on your sandwich, etc. They even refused to refund the money afterwards.

Tried a chicken bacon wrap today. The wrap itself was made of wheat and it was really hard to chew. The bacon was also room temp and hard to chew. The chicken inside the wrap was delicious, hot and crispy. The service was great though so I will come back here for lunch next week and just get a chicken sandwich.
