I was staying the night in Hagerstown and looking for a good place to eat. The big corporate Italian-ish place was just doown the road, but I noticed Cafe Italia in the corner of the map. Many Italian places mostly serve pizzas, but they have a full menu. I'm glad I drove a few miles and went to a real neighborhood Italian restaurant.

Everything was great, except they charged an additional fee to use your credit or debit card. In their licensing agreement with their credit processing company, they must agree to treat cards like cash. Called my bank and demanded charge back. If they continue and keep being reported, they will be dropped by their processing company and will no longer be able to accept cards, period. So sad. The food was great and service was great as well. Just greedy!

Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce was little more than tomato paste and the meatballs might or might not have actual meat in

The food was very good but customer service was lacking, visited from out of town and ordered food, the man who took our order was very impatient both over the phone and in person. He also mumbled over the phone and was very hard to understand and got seemly annoyed in a matter of seconds after calling.

First time in Maryland, first restaurant, and let me tell you... this place was phenomenal. I got the Tuscany Stromboli, small. It was massive! The price was beyond great, the people were friendly and inviting. I will be coming back again and again.Kid-friendliness: They interacted with my children, and tossed a pizza dough for them, there first time seeing it!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get into the store, level parking lot

I had the language. It was good. The sald was good. The bread was not good at all. I got the chicken tender from the kids' meal. What a rip-off 2 tenders and more fries than you could it for 8.00 dollars .
