Stopped in @ lunchtime on a weekday for a chili cheese hot dog and was very pleased with the service overall. The very nice attendant on duty was busy cleaning and tidying up when I walked up and when she turned around she even apologized that she did not see me right away. Courteous, polite and professional service with a smile, her name is Jordan and she has earned my repeat business.

Took 30 minutes to get order. 20 minutes into waiting told no milk for the shake. Had paid for topping on sundae had to ask twice for them to be added. The hot fudge was right from the refrigerator. And obviously the peanuts aren't crushed. It's kids running it with no management nor actual leadership. They are rude

Got the bare minimum in quality food, didn't get everything we ordered on the food let alone everything we ordered. There was no communication in case there was a lack of inventory or something.Definitely not worth the price.

I'd have to say it's just about the worst location I've been to. I think you need to send these particular employees at this location back to Dairy Queen School and sign them up for ice-cream cone making 101, the science of blizzard making, and the art of mixing up a proper Orange Julius. I ordered a large chocolate, chocolate dipped cone, and on the first try, she messed up and tossed it in the sink. The second try, the one she ended up giving me was, I'm pretty sure, smaller than the one I was supposed to get, and the chocolate never got hard. Sadly enough, it still cost me close to 6 bucks. My son got an Orange Julius, and according to him and my wife, who tried it as well, it tasted like it was made with pond water. I also saw them serve someone a blizzard while I was there. I then saw the other employee forget to turn it upside down before she gave it to the other customer which I noticed but the other customer did not lucky for her because of Dairy Queens cardinal rule of blizzard upside down before handing over to the customer. Definitely won't be back to this location.

The manager is absolutely rude. Cussed me out and said I was out of line asking for the door dash order. Like I always do. She was very rude to everyone else including her staff. She was an older women about 60. I will do everything I can to not return here.

The ice cream is good, but the food options are very limited (4 options, no fries, only chips), and the chicken bites (2 of the 4 options) are bad. If you want actual food, don’t go here.
Usually a 50/50 chance if the person working is going to be polite or not. Sometimes we have a good experience and other times, like today, we are met with attitude from the people working. I should really say kids working, because I'm pretty sure no one over the age of 18 works there. We received the incorrect item today and when we went back for it to be corrected, we were met with attitude. Not sure if we'll go back

One of the worst Blizzards I've ever had!Cherry Chip...normally is my favorite , but this one had a weird taste, like cleaning detergent. It was like a milk shake and no chips. After first couple bites I felt nauseated & my throat felt like it had been burned. I just threw it away. I was wondering if they had just cleaned the machine and hadden't rinsed it off properly. Needless to say we won't be getting from there again. Going back to Dual Highway!
