Food is mediocre. Lady that takes food orders has a nasty attitude!! Never seen her with a smile on her face ! Customer service sucks , and she tried to ask me for my paperwork for my service dog , when I had a little puppy tucked in my jacket, just only ordering food and stepping out ! Would have gave a better score , but this ladies attitude has been the same since they opened .

Stumbled on this little classic hole-in-the-wall in downtown Hagerstown last week. It is non-de script (see the pic) and is pretty plain inside. The menu is basic but the foods have a distinctness about them. For example, the philly cheese steak meat tastes like it's out of a high quality gyro rather than just chopped up steak. Also, the fries have a special tang to them that puts them above the standard for average fries.

Let me first say, we were kinda entering this place with a guarded attitude. From the outside it did not seem impressive. Once inside we were greeted with a friendly smile and a person who seemed genuinely happy we were inside her business. Told her we were first timers and she took her time to explain her menu.
