“Passed through on a road trip in October and stopped for a double scoop in a cup. It was a cold night so the crowd was small.Ice cream was the Hershey's brand which leaves a bit to be desired. While the flavors consistent, it is not the most creamy brand of ice cream. Not a huge fan. That said, the customer service was incredible! The woman working was very kind and there was some very friendly banter between my dad, her, and myself. We even commented later about how friendly the experience was. Great service!Hershey's ice cream - sub par, but worth the trip. 2 stars.Service / experience - top notch. 5 stars.Overall, jumped it up to a 4.“
“Friendly staff, alot of selections, clean, very kid friendlyParking: Alot of parking so shouldn't be a problem getting a spotKid-friendliness: Have coloring and chalk board for kids, and ALOT of candy toppings for them to choose from.“
“Love the ice cream and shakes. My kids won't go anywhere else for either one did not even mind the young attendant who was on his cell phone when we got there, he even saw us and turned his back on us as if he did not want us to hear his conversation, fortunately for us there was manager from Sardis who called him out when she was him on the phone.“
“The only reason for the 4 star rating is this location only sells Dairy Queen's "Sweets and Treats." They don't serve any grill items.Mostly this location serves through the Drive Thru. They can get very busy between 5pm to 6:30pm but despite the long lines your wait will not be as long as you think it will. The employees are very good at quickly getting your order right and getting it to you.I recommend this location if you have a craving for soft serve ice cream Treets.“
“This was a fun find along the Washington County Ice Cream Trail, and I was so surprised to find the ice cream shop on dual highway - I had never noticed it before. The ice cream was very reasonable priced and there were a few different flavors to enjoy. I got Lemon Crunch, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back again to try some of their other options when I'm nearby.“
“Do you want some absolutely delicious custard? This place is absolutely great. There's a drive through that's incredibly convenient, but if you're in the mood for a 50's style ice cream parlor then they have a decently large sitting area. The daily flavors are great. I'm partial towards the blueberry cheesecake. The staff is always on point and friendly. The prices are reasonable as well.“
