Just got home with my order and once again food item missing! It's not rocket science to take an order and get it correct! On the occasions we do grab fast food it has gotten expensive and then to get home and your order isn't right is very frustrating!! You need to hire more competent people or they need to double check your order before handing it to the customer!

Drive-through was quick and easy. Food has been going downhill the last 2 times I've been there. The flavor is off. Taste like old oil. It has gotten pretty expensive.Kid-friendliness: Haven't been inside, but they do have a kids menu

If I could give it zero stars I would! It is the most disgusting chicken I have ever tasted, it was black and raw and doughy on the inside! I have eaten in many kfc and this has been the only one that I will tell you in your life go and even worse than the bad service of the staff is the chicken they should close that place or change who manages this because it is disgusting

I would say this is the best KFC to use because of their customer service. They missed a couple of items on my drive through. When I called when I called they didn't question me or become a hassle. It was just come in and we'll be happy to give you anything we missed. In this day and age you don't get that anymore. Thank you

If I could give a zero start I would. Asked if we wanted to try famous pot pie bowl we did waited at the window for 15 minutes just to hear they don’t have pot pie? How is that possible when you asked if I wanted to try the pot pie? Worst kfc… fire everyone and hire kindergartners probably have better manners and work ethic?

Place is alright location is weird and drive thru can be wildly busy and could be there for 10-15mins to get through this location has done this scenario to me twice. Also have had their system go down on me. But the food and people are of good quality! I think it's just the infrastructure that limits their success. Drive through seems a bit sketchy but never had any safety incidents.Parking: KFC has their own parking lot but it small and does have a shared section of parking lot. Maybe 7 spots?

FIRST THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE "OUT-OF-EVERYTHING"..2 HOURS UPON CLOSING!THAN THEY ADMITTED WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON & SAID;"WE WEREN'T EXPECTING ANYONE ELSE...SO WE STOPPED COOKING CHICKEN and EVERYTHING ELSE SO WE COULD BEGAN CLEANING & LEAVE EARLY.... SO BEFORE YOU ASK yes, WE WILL BE CLOSING EARLY TONIGHT!"I then asked to SPEAK TO THE MANAGER..and SURPRISE,SURPRISE? THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE they said...and WHEN I ASKED 'THE MANAGER'S NAME and WHEN the MANAGER WOULD BE IN NEXT';They STOPPED TALKING to me & another person got on and told me to "CONTINUE TO DRIVE THROUGH [the drive-through] AND EXIT THE PREMISES"! ? I was appalled!!

I Preordered & Paid for a 12 piece Bucket. Husband picked it up. The Breading was Dark. The Meat was Dry. Husband said not Only was it Over Cooked, but the Oil should be changed. I phoned Them. They don't Answer the Phone. $40 for a Blah Meal! We're Done (just like their Chicken!)

The chicken was over cooked and dry. Drive through attendant mumbled and was difficult to understand.

Some of the worst service I've had in a good while. Was parked for 15 minutes to wait on fries. The whole time I was waiting employs were hanging out in the parking lot with friends. Finally I went back though the drive through and was treated very rudely.
