Just an FYI... the Dual Highway location is now closed up as of Dec. 30, 2021. Went to get pizza there today and it said they had moved to N. Burhans (actually to the one that has always been there.) I went over there to pick up my pizza and the lady that gave me my order was super nice, explained that they had just closed that other location, and threw in some free crazy bread since I had to come to a different location!

I Ordered Pizza Last Night And Went Out To Pick It Up And Was Treated Like Royalty!!! There Was A Brother In Need That Came Thru While I Was There That Was Hungry & The Two People Running The Place Refused To Let Him Go Away Without.. The Minute I Walked In That Store Was Smiles….. I’m Convinced The Two People Working That Spot Are Legit Angels. ❤ ❤ ❤. If You Hit The Dual Hwy Lil Caesars, Boy Oh Boy Do They Ever Have Amazing Service!!! The Girl & Guy I Came Across Last Night Should Be Made CEO’s ❤️❤️❤️ They Were Magnificent People. ???

About 2 months ago, we ordered a deep dish pizza from here and it was completely raw. My husband tasted it and confirmed it was all dough. We called, and they asked if we were sure it wasn't just cheese..we said no. They to us to bring the pizza back, to which my husband did, they saw it and also confirmed that it was dough and not cheese and made another one (of which had the incorrect toppings, but we were too tired to go back yet again). I figured they were super busy that day and didn't get too worked up over it. But this time is unacceptable, guys...Fast-forward to today, we give this place another shot since we wanted a quick dinner after 13/14-hour work shifts. Completely raw again. We're far too tired to have to deal with this again and are popping it into our own oven to cook, which defeated the whole purpose of why we wanted something quick. Photos are of toppings and cheese completely off. You can tell that only a very thin part of the bottom was cooked while 80% of it was raw. I'm glad we caught this again...otherwise, I probably would've had to call out of work from food poisoning tomorrow.

Love their pizza and the girl cashier was very nice. Male Manager didn't know what crazy crust was then told me my order would be ten minutes. Placed the order at 5:50pm ... thankfully a female Manager arrived around 6:30 ( on what appeared to be her day off ) and quickly whipped everything into shape. Bravo ? it's nice to see someone in a leadership position behaving like one. She even threw in crazy bread for me.

Horrible service! placed an order or pick up had to wait another 30 mins after then pick a time before I finally got my order, it was 20 mins before I could get anyone's attention to ask what was going on and got a half-hearted "waiting for crazy bread" no sorry for the wait no apology or explanation for the delay and shocker no manager... Get home and there was hair baked into the crust ?Called the Customer Service line and was told the local management would be reaching out to me it's been a week... No call! Well, get what ya pay for. I'm not sure we'll ever go back there are lots of other pizza places in town. So yes local manager im call you out!(No I don't want a free pizza cause I don't wanna stand around for another 30 mins for a hairy pizza)

I placed my order at 530 to pick up at 630 was there by 619 and they never got my online order off the computer waited til 650 for my order got home whick is only a 10 min drive and the pizza was sogie nasty pizza ever will never go back

dunno what was wrong with the sauce they sent it was hard as a rock, and the pie was horrible.Wont be back here again and probably wont go to another ceasers ever. This used to be a fine establishment.

This location has always been busy when I visit, so I understand some of the other complaints/reviews. Customer service is the minimum of what I consider acceptable, but I have never been treated rudely. Pizza has always been good and the value is unbeatable -- that's probably why it is so popular! Still, this location not as good as some other Little Caesar's locations.
Avoid this location!Came here on more than one occasion and each time the workers are not wearing masks while in the back where the food is made. When bringing it up to the manager, he very rudely blew us off and blatantly ignored us.

Absolutely terrible! Stood at counter for 10 minutes while 4 employees talked amongst themselves and never once asked if I needed anything. Language of employees was terrible as well. I watched 2 employees touch food with their bare hands and wipe them on their pants. Absolutely disgusting . I guess you will get what you pay for . I walked out and I will never eat there again . Gross

Waited 40 minutes for 4 pizza and cheese bread just for the manager to say that “everybody and their brother wants pizza” in a rude manner don’t go there they will give u dirty looks for asking how long and no matter how long u wait they don’t care they walk around talking just go to the one down town sorry but this was the end for me and others I know wish it was better but it wasn’t n hasn’t been good for a while there is hard wprkers there but the 2 that was walking around talking deserve to be fired!!!!!

Ordered on the app, waited and was ignored until 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready with no indication they were even preparing the order. 40 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, get the notification it's ready. Nope. Called in to be refunded. Just get Domino's the pizza is better, costs only slightly more, and they have far superior service.
