The actual seats and the inside of the restaurant were disgusting, falling apart, sticky floors. It's the furthest thing away from the food court so it didn't get much business. The food was always fresh out of the fryer, for me at least. This location is now permanently closed unfortunately as of 2/22/2022

Went to long John Silvers at Valley Mall Hagerstown Md mom ordered fish tacos the first picture is what she got the second picture is the one posted by the front door to the restaurant. Never again .

Food was not at good. Fried in old grease. They were out of cocktail sauce.

Got salmon tacos with coleslaw. Coleslaw tasted fine. Tortilla was a little tough. Salmon was a little dry. Sauce and fish juice oozed out the bottom of my taco. Decent lunch.

Thought finally can get good food out, BOY was I surprised! Food was hot, dining room/check out was filthy, and too busy for 2 workers. They ran out of hush puppies and gave our order to another person. Might be the only long johns to eat in but I will make my own food!

Food is good in the fried "crunchies way Long John's have served their food at this location since my childhood. (I'm 52.) However, I do feel that it's way overpriced. Drinks are not included in meal price. But the shrimp I had were extra large and very good. Go with a coupon. If cost was lower, I'd have given 5 stars. I have always liked their coleslaw, too.
