Inside was disgusting, no clean tables. Food all over the floors, feet were sticking to the floor as we walked. Bathroom floor had urine all over it, smell was nauseating. I tried to clean the food crumbs off my table but couldn't bc there were no napkins in the lobby. Came to this location since I knew the one close by on cannon is usually like this, this location was just as bad. Staff was nice but that's all the good I can say.

This has to be the most dysfunctional, backwards managed McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Came in to grab a sausage egg biscuit combo that I ordered via the McDonalds app. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my mobile app order. I listen to an argument between an order lady and young guy about him wanting to take a break during the “busy” time. This argument was in both English and Spanish so I only caught half of the conversation. It was a hot mess so early in the morning. One of the employees gave me an orange juice for my wait time being so long.

We have been three times now on our drives to and from PA/MD and genuinely the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life every single time. The fries are always fresh and hot, the orders are always right. 10/10

The staff makes it great! The store was incredibly busy with the breakfast rush, and the staff was running like a well-oiled machine, while remaining kind and friendly. It wasn't the cleanest McDonalds I've visited, but Bobby was quick to wipe down a table and high chair for us. Thanks for making our travel morning a little brighter!

Just came through here with my family and had the WORST experience. Everything was fine until we were at the second window getting our food and we asked for water for the kids. We asked for two, and would have paid for them if needed and the young man at the window told us 'you can have one water'. We again asked for two as we needed two for two different children and he smirked and walked away saying 'you will get one water'. We had just purchased $30 worth of food so I'm not sure what he was upset about but when he came back not only did he make us think he had messed with the water he only brought one water. As an immunocompromised cancer survivor I am disgusted, it's extremely dangerous to mess with someone's food and this young man needs to be disciplined. We also were still missing item: a soda and another sandwich. He left and then never came back. We obviously couldn't feed the children this probably tainted water.Do not give this terrible McDonald's your business, just go somewhere else. I can't come back because I can't risk my recovery on an angry teenager.

I have always had good experiences at this location but today it was terrible.The wait was very long and after the staff was told twice about a ladies rest room with poop on the floor no one seemed to care. I hope they have to use the same restroom as the customers. No one was sent to clean it up and the dining room was messy as well. Not a very healthy environment if you wanted to dine inside and enjoy your meal.I won’t be coming back to McDonald’s any time soon. This is unacceptable.

About what you would expect at a McDonald's. Was not surprised to see some obviously homeless people hanging out in/around the dining room. Was quite surprised to see a couple bring their Chipotle take-out in to eat at McDonald's after buying their kid a cheeseburger. I was entertained by the new adult Kerwin Frost Happy Meal concept. Plenty of parking.
